“Concerned that PodPoint took all the money up front and no survey offered until detailed information supplied. Online form had inadequate upload capacity for the number of photos and videos requested. Lack of clarity on alternative options. Installation in the end went well. Expensive.”

“I was pleased with the engineer who installed the pod point. He text too let us know when he was going to arrive. He told me what he was going to do and how long it was going to take. Also showed me how it worked.”

“The fitter was great! Louke (I believe) had to make 2 visits. First to install the unit and second a temporary load limiter. The customer service team is pretty good. There is very little communication from pod point admin team to update you on progress but if you as a customer initiate a conversation via phone or email, they do respond and resolve the issue pretty quick. Overall great service with a little room for improvement. As I am not completely sorted due to no fault of pod point, rather the energy company, I hope they resolve reinstallation as smoothly as they have the temporary solution.”

“Didn't start great as the first thing that was disclosed was that it was going to cost an additional £160 due to where I wanted the point sighted. £100 for an extra person and £60 for ladder rental and the second person to hold it...err no way. Had to locate to a different place as a result. The install was done within a day of confirmation and the installation engineer was brilliant with help where to place and a nice neat job. All done and set up in just over an hour.”

“Installation man turned up on time seemed good installed in location agreed, all seemed good. But went to charge a couple of days later - not working - help over phone didn’t resolve but told man would be out within 48 hours. Next day email offering appointment 5 days later! Couldn’t make that so had to cancel - no alternative offered yet a day later - the 48 hours are up. Lucky to get one star!”
