The ordering and booking process was very good, however the charge point was an out of box failure. The engineer replaced the faulty alarm not in the same day but now I can’t register the pod as the serial number has changed. I tried to contact through feedback but I have not had a response.

Just over a week from ordering, submitting questionnaire responses through to having it installed. Communication was good with the exception that I didn’t receive email notification that day/time was confirmed from acceptance of slot via website. Installation process was very good and the engineer (Joe) was very professional, leaving everything in a very tidy state. First front box was not working properly (faulty unit), so Joe returned the following day without fuss and replaced it straight away.

Great service. Ordered and paid for online. Completed the pre installation information as needed. Few more questions and photos needed than I had thought, but wasn’t too bad. Then next day advised the install could take place the following day. Install took place 2 days after the order was placed and the install went very well and only took about 2.5 hours. Fantastic service all the way.

The engineer was very friendly, from the outset. He clearly explained each step of the procedure and advised on its use. He was professional and completed the procedure in a very short time. He was very proficient and I can only say positive things about him.

Despite some confusion at the outset the team were always willing to help. The instillation was quick and the technician was very helpful in explains everything. All I need now is my new electric car

From ordering, to scheduling installation to the installs itself was all very efficient and easy. The technician that came to install the point pod was very informative & done a great job

Engineer was polite, let me know he was going to have to turn-off the electricity to the house and how long it would be off for. I was working from home on the day of the installation so he gave me a 10 minute warning to allow me to save my work and shut down my computers. He then took the time at the end to explain how the PodPoint worked.

Since we contacted Pod Point initially because they were the Hyundai "preferred supplier", our experience with them has been entirely positive. They responded to our initial inquiry promptly and efficiently; dealt with a problem in sending photographs of our proposed cable run without fuss; and gave us an early appointment when our car delivery date was brought forward. The engineer, who attended, was very polite. He gave us suggestions on improving our Pod Point position and did a good clean tidy job. The charger looks good in its agreed position. Our car has not yet been delivered but we have every confidence that the system will work well. Judging on our experience so far, we would expect any support required to be good.

Paid for in the first weeks of December. Installed in August after lots of emails and phone calls. Installer drilled through the wrong wall!!! leaving a big hole on a wall we had got professionally refurbished 3 weeks previously. Looks awful. Second guy had a go at filling it. Still looks terrible, he didnt even try to flatten the filler so its all bumpy and set. Need decorator in to fix it.8 mths wait is too long.

Dan who fitted our Pod Point was extremely helpful and pleasant throughout the time fitting the point. It was a roasting hot day so made sure I offered drinks and ice creams to him. Everything was explained and it was excellent service!
