“Endless 'enabling works' required when 2 x independent electricians said there was no problem. When I expressed my frustration, miraculously all was okay to go ahead. 7kW charger installed yesterday and scheduled charge overnight failed after 40 mins. Tried again this morning. Further failures and power to carry only 2kW (slower than the mains charger i have). Phoned the helpline today and they changed some settings remotely. Still no better. Should have stuck with a mains charger! Frustrating.”

“Difficult to get all the questionnaire sorted as error message occurred the first time after submitting multiple pictures so had to start again. Once this has been submitted further info was requested which I sent and got an automatic email back to say this had been received. But about 2 weeks later got an email saying they hadn’t heard from me, when I called they found the email - took quite a bit of time to sort”

“My installation needed a lot of enabling work before the home charger could be installed. The instructions on what needed to be done could have been clearer and the installer was expecting some cabling which wasn't included in the enabling work instruction”

“Not a very good experience at all. We were never notified about the install date! So when the installer arrived were not there to allow him access. He had to ring me as I was away on business and I had to contact my wife who then sorted him out.”
