“Very efficient service. Installation date was soon after enquiry and rearranged to suit me. Fitter was punctual, polite and did neat job with cables. Gave good explanation on how it all works. Still waiting for my electric car to be delivered so haven't tested it works yet but all looks good.”

“Very difficult booking process. Had to send photos and videos at least 4 times. Nobody explained that the cable couldn't be passes through our PVC porch. Installer arrived without necessary circuit breaker and I had to drive 20 miles to buy one. Very poor at making good after the installation and I had to spend over and hour cleaning up afterwards. All in all, not very good.”

“Good communication from booking to installation. Updates on ETA of engineer. Engineer himself was polite & explained everything well. Installation was incredibly tidy & pod was fitted exactly where I wanted it”

“The installation experience was horrific. Attached are a series of photos showing how the installation was left and obviously deemed acceptable by your team. We explained that it was a 300yr old cottage and he drilled through an old beam (twice in fact as you can see a misdrill!) and butchered the walls. The installer confirmed he would patch up the walls before leaving and he didnt as his filler 'had set'. The photos do not show either how the installer had no respect for the room, drilling over furniture and floors without dust sheets. We now need to source electricians, joiners and decorators to rectify the mess left- assume you will assist with the costs for this...”
