Poor communication from the company: no prior site visit, no response to queries. Eventual installation on second visit was efficient and trouble free. A prior visit would have helped our planning greatly.

Broke toilet seat. Left wood up from the consumer unit and cost 200 extra due to “non standard install”. Issue between your contractor and his sub contractor passing info on too.

Communication in the office was no good at all but when we got apointment finally the guy that fitted it was absolutely fantastic very polite and well manard He would get 10 out 10 No mark for office or switch board staff

The engineer covered my personal belongings in dust when drilling. Then made no apology for doing so

The first part of the experience was more challenging than the second. There survey/questions to be completed in advance were hard to understand. My appointment was booked and then rescheduled to a later timeslot at relatively short notice. However, Stuart who did the work was fantastic. Extremely polite and professional, going out of his way to get the job done.

Our interactions with Podpoint to arrange the installation were little short of chaotic and very frustrating. At times we felt harassed and at others ignored and the online process gave us little confidence in the process. We communicated by both email and phone but the form below doesn't allow us to choose both. The chap who came to do the installation on the day was excellent. Very careful and polite and gave us a huge degree of confidence. If he had visited in the first place instead of all the to-ing a fro-ing by email, phone and photos it would have been much simpler and we would have had more confidence.

Installation was good but yet to test. Process with forms was labour intensive. Disappointed that there is a disparity between other colleagues pods than mine they received locks I did not. Have emailed but no response.

The installation was very good, but getting anything from the office like a receipt still has not been received after three weeks. Pod point are also not very quick at answering emails when they have no number to call.

Good timing and efficient during the installation. Left us with a lot of clearing up to do (brick dust) which I didn't expect it appreciate.

The planning before the installation would have been made easier if a surveyor had been sent rather than numerous pictures being sent. Having explained our electrical board was not on an outside wall it was not going to be a straight forward installation. Slightly disappointed with the overall install in that the engineer explained he didn't have an end cap for the trunking so it looks a little bit unfinished.

Communication up to the point of the installation could be much better. It seems no information is passed to the engineer on the day so why take it in the first place? Getting a convenient installation date was difficult with dates simply being sent through and no dialogue.

The customer service and sales staff were very good with a swift response. However, the installation experience was really bad that the guy didn't walk us through how to use the charging pod and show us where the fuse switch locates. He just left the packaging boxes outside our garage without letting us know.

The engineer that installed pod was brilliant. The need to have a separate guy lay the cables through loft into garage was very disappointing. Overall experience was good. Still irritated that PodPoint thought it would be ok to route cable through the hallway, kitchen etc to get to the garage. Nuff said!

Ordering was fine. The difficulties with uploading and sending photographs were annoying to say the least. Email address not used etc Fitting went well

The installation itself was very good – the engineer was friendly and professional, and it was a neat and tidy job. Booking the installation was a very different experience and very disappointing. It was originally scheduled for 6 September 2022, meaning I had to reschedule a business meeting to be at home. When I phoned Pod Point in the early afternoon to enquire where the engineer was, the person who had sent me the booking information couldn’t be located. However, the colleague I spoke to assured me that the charger would be installed that day. I called again late afternoon and was informed that installation was in fact scheduled for 8 September. The Pod Point person I spoke to was very apologetic about the mix up, but the experience did not inspire confidence in the company.

We were impressed with the installation. The engineer completed the work really neatly. Unfortunately the charger stopped working during the second attempted charge. We contacted PodPoint and an appointment was made for another engineer to visit. This visit rectified the problem but the delay and period of time that we couldn’t use it was frustating.

Communication was poor. The form regarding our looped supply was incorrectly filled in by pod point staff. This caused a lot of confusion with us and our supplier. A fitting was booked before this was resolved. My appointment cancellation was not passed on internally. We were told by that everything for the loop was sorted and we’re promised the documentation would be sent to us to confirm, this never happened. In the end we relied on Northern Power to tell us. The engineer who completed the fitting was excellent. Helped us decide where to site, explained the full process, was really friendly and professional and gave clear instructions on use before he left.
