Despite numerous photos and videos sent the person attending was not full preferred for the instal. Spent over an hour on the phones with a Hager resulting in me having to get a “builder” to drill one hole through an external wall before they would come back and got the box. When they come back to fit the box they then and only at that point realised the 7m cable would be too short to reach the car. This has now resulted in me Having a box without a cable 3 days after it was fitted? Audi told me 2 days ago a podpoint email would come through for me to order a 10m cable, which I now have to pay for, and I am still yet to receive this. I am now left with am electric car that I cannot charge.

The installer was great and really helpful, it's just the charger doesn't work! 15 hours to charge less than 30% is not worth it. You've asked me to review you when I have an outstanding issue and clearly a faulty charger. This review would have perhaps been more favourable if you replied to my issue rather than asking for a review!!!

What a bad experience! PodPoint is clearly a business in trouble. I had to work really hard beforehand taking photos for them so that their time wasn't wasted. However, no one bothered to tell me what to do to make sure my time wasn't wasted. On the fitting day I ended up wasting my time frantically trying to find out what length of charging cable my new vehicle would arrive with, neither lease company nor dealer knew, so someone had to go out and measure the cable in the compound where the vehicle was waiting to be delivered. I'd paid a fixed price of a bit less than £1k. Since my car would be 10m away and the Pod Point option was 7.5m cable or none I ended up with the 'no cable option'. Surely I've been ripped off here! The fitter said PodPoint would contact me to arrange for me to buy a 10m cable. No one ever got back to me, despite my emails. In the end I had to spend £200 on a cable from Amazon. Effectively I've paid nigh on £1k to have a posh plug fitted to the outside wall of my house! What a laugh. Pod Point shares have fallen from around 200p when joining the stock market in November 2021 to around 55p at time of writing. The City doesn't appear to have a lot of confidence that PodPoint will become a profitable business any time soon and the challenges of getting equipment supplied with worldwide shipping problems and raw material inflation whilst running out of cash is worrying. Poor customer service. Feeling ripped off. I'd recommend you go elsewhere.

Great service when you are making enquiries for a pod point charger, it goes swiftly down hill when you cancel the order and you are told it takes 4-14 days for a refund - this later changed to 4-14 working days - Although I had not received a charger/equipment therefore there was nothing to return and would have expected a quicker refund Waiting on the phone for hours to speak to someone becomes incredibly frustrating and completing several support requests online to receive a standard responds that states "refunds take 4-14 days" is not helpful either Surpise surprise after 14 WORKING DAYS the refund has not been received, there are no direct telephone numbers are emails for the finance/accounts department, This is a complete contrast to the sales team enquiry line. I wouldn't recommend this company, it has the poorest after sales/customer care service that I have ever experienced. There are no direct line numbers - everything is via the system and when someone does answer the call- surprise surprise its an over flow set up and the individuals on he line are not able to transfer your call or get an appropriate contact to call you back personally. Instead it will be another standard email to say refunds take 4-14 days .

Went through the process of getting a Pod Point Solo charger fitted. Between my original order and installation I changed my order from untethered to tethered and paid an additional fee to make the change. Solo charger fitted - but not as requested. Pod Point not returning calls or emails

Pod Point took £30 from my account without permission. I have chased this up several times and nobody is responding to me. This amount is usually held however they illegitimately took without my permission and it is disgraceful!! I will not be using their service again and I urge others not to

Despite completing the extensive submission of photos, diagrams and the location of the installation the engineer turned up unaware a wishing to install it differently. The engineer did work quickly and efficiently and completed the required installation (in part). However communication has not been forthcoming and suddenly more work is required to actually complete the installation. And PodPoint are no-where to be seen.

After installation, the Red light came on as soon as I plugged my car in and the unit did not charge my car at all. I have tried to re-set the device as suggested in your documentation, but this hasn't worked. I raised a fault ticket the same day as the installation but it's two days later and I've received no response despite repeated contact attempts. So I have no idea how or when the issue has been resolved. And there is no one I can call to discuss this with All in all a pretty shoddy experience. Can someone please help!

Initially very good but the installation appointment was changed at short notice and when they did come they had the wrong equipment and had not been shown the photos I had uploaded. I then had to wait months for an appointment and my calls were never returned. Very frustrating. The actual (eventual) installation was excellent and we are happy with our Pod Point

USELESS! I ASKED FOR A SITE SURVEY TO BE COMPLETED BACK IN JUNE BY THEM. THEY IGNORED THIS PUSHING STRAIGHT FOR INSTALLATION ASKING ME TO PROVIDE INFO. OF THE SITE REMOTELY VIA EMAIL WHEN THEY REALLY SHOULD HAVE CARRIED OUT A SITE SUVEY IN THE FIRST PLACE. AFTER I WAS NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE THEM WITH THE INFO. THEY REQUESTED THEY THEN SUGGESTED A SITE SURVEY BE CARRIES OUT PRIOR TO INSTALLATION. SO I AGREED A DATE FOR THE SITE SITE SURVEY & GUESS WHAT? THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE WANTING A CHARGING POINT NOT TO USE POD POINT.

Very delayed process. Engineer advised no instructions were in box and he’d get them sent to us. Still waiting!!! Trying to email them is absolutely ridiculous at least 1 month between responses. Looks like most people have had a good experience but I certainly have not

The installation took around 6hrs. The ground work to put the cable in had already been done. The charger and connection to the consumer unit was all that was needed. Unfortunately the installer had great difficulty and it kept tripping and continuously calls for advice was needed. Finally, the installer disconnected it from the consumer unit and is connected directly to my electrical supply in the box in front of my house. My local electrician had a look at the installation and said that it is not correct practice.

Issues with bonding. Couldn’t install practically impossible to communicate with Pod Point. Emailing takes about 2 weeks to get response. Apparently it’s now set up but I have no instructions. Engineer said they weren’t in box and would get sent out. Still not received I’ve emailed however looking forward to the next 2 months trying to get a response!! Charger still showing red. No idea if that’s correct or not or even who to contact. Very poor communication
