Communication was absolutely awful and this process ended up taking 10 months and costing me £550 when it could have been done before the end of March with a grant. There needs to be a serious look at how podpoint are communicating with customers and rectify the problem of replied to emails not going anywhere. Please read my records of repeated attempts to communicate with yourselves

Pod Point took £30 from my account without permission. I have chased this up several times and nobody is responding to me. This amount is usually held however they illegitimately took without my permission and it is disgraceful!! I will not be using their service again and I urge others not to

Despite completing the extensive submission of photos, diagrams and the location of the installation the engineer turned up unaware a wishing to install it differently. The engineer did work quickly and efficiently and completed the required installation (in part). However communication has not been forthcoming and suddenly more work is required to actually complete the installation. And PodPoint are no-where to be seen.

After installation, the Red light came on as soon as I plugged my car in and the unit did not charge my car at all. I have tried to re-set the device as suggested in your documentation, but this hasn't worked. I raised a fault ticket the same day as the installation but it's two days later and I've received no response despite repeated contact attempts. So I have no idea how or when the issue has been resolved. And there is no one I can call to discuss this with All in all a pretty shoddy experience. Can someone please help!

Initially very good but the installation appointment was changed at short notice and when they did come they had the wrong equipment and had not been shown the photos I had uploaded. I then had to wait months for an appointment and my calls were never returned. Very frustrating. The actual (eventual) installation was excellent and we are happy with our Pod Point

USELESS! I ASKED FOR A SITE SURVEY TO BE COMPLETED BACK IN JUNE BY THEM. THEY IGNORED THIS PUSHING STRAIGHT FOR INSTALLATION ASKING ME TO PROVIDE INFO. OF THE SITE REMOTELY VIA EMAIL WHEN THEY REALLY SHOULD HAVE CARRIED OUT A SITE SUVEY IN THE FIRST PLACE. AFTER I WAS NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE THEM WITH THE INFO. THEY REQUESTED THEY THEN SUGGESTED A SITE SURVEY BE CARRIES OUT PRIOR TO INSTALLATION. SO I AGREED A DATE FOR THE SITE SITE SURVEY & GUESS WHAT? THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE WANTING A CHARGING POINT NOT TO USE POD POINT.

Very delayed process. Engineer advised no instructions were in box and he’d get them sent to us. Still waiting!!! Trying to email them is absolutely ridiculous at least 1 month between responses. Looks like most people have had a good experience but I certainly have not

The installation took around 6hrs. The ground work to put the cable in had already been done. The charger and connection to the consumer unit was all that was needed. Unfortunately the installer had great difficulty and it kept tripping and continuously calls for advice was needed. Finally, the installer disconnected it from the consumer unit and is connected directly to my electrical supply in the box in front of my house. My local electrician had a look at the installation and said that it is not correct practice.

My order and installation went fine with no problem. However I am entitled to the Government Grant of £350. Pod Point failed to make this application on my behalf and are now simply trying to ignore the situation, and when I phone they pretend they are going to speak to a manager and then just leave me hanging on.

Issues with bonding. Couldn’t install practically impossible to communicate with Pod Point. Emailing takes about 2 weeks to get response. Apparently it’s now set up but I have no instructions. Engineer said they weren’t in box and would get sent out. Still not received I’ve emailed however looking forward to the next 2 months trying to get a response!! Charger still showing red. No idea if that’s correct or not or even who to contact. Very poor communication

Utterly awful. Avoid. Had an installation. It has never worked. The app does not work. I have rung customer services and emailed several times. They don't care. They are making out it's not their fault when they did the installation. Disgraceful service.

The handling of my order and the process of installation was simply unacceptable. It took over 10 months to finally install the Pod Point charger and a large part was the poor customer service I was given between the aborted first installation and the work finally being carried out last week. A clear lack of advice, the lack of support given and the lack of urgency from the pod-point team, contributed to a process that dragged on and on, and where I had to effectively project manage the situation myself. I ended up £200-300 out of pocket for unforeseen electrical work issues that were not appropriately pointed out in the initial work assessment. However, I want to add that when new members of Pod Point finally took control over the situation, I was advised by Alexander that the process finally was concluded and the engineer was sent to install on the 2nd attempt - both were excellent. Thank you to both Alexander & the engineer on the day for efficient, courtesy and excellent service. Unfortunately, this was 10 months too late and I cannot rate the experience any higher than the 'very poor'.

Very poor finish. Also the installer left without the pod connecting to my app - so I have a charger but it isn't connected to my app. I emailed support 2 days ago but haven't had a response!
