Installation and scheduling was excellent however the pod point will not charge my car so overall the experience is poor. No response from email to customer care. No support available over the weekend.

The engineer was brilliant, arrived a day early and was polite, efficient, knowledgeable and did a really tidy job.

Podpoint installation was good and efficient. However the charger stops working with red light displayed every couple of weeks. Remote reset works but this takes 3 days to organise. Hate to think what happens when warranty expires

Took 6 months. My circumstances included a significant distance from mains to car position. Needed my own electrician to do most of the work. Only saving grace was the installer was on time, fast and efficient.

The charge point had a error immediately after installation. Why would the engineer leave without checking it was working correctly? I then had to contact pod point 3 times before someone took any action to help resolve the issue. The installation took place early on Thursday but I wasn’t able to use the charging point until late Saturday afternoon which was far from ideal.

A shoddy experience which took over 3 months to complete. Engineer wasnt honest with me left the pod point not working. Had to chase and make over 100 calls to resolve this installation. Still to this day its not working and i have to ask them to remove it.

This would have been higher but unfortunately following the installation I discovered that power surge had blown the boiler pcb board. I have not had a return call from customer services

Did not want to run cable under the floor . Was informed they don't go under floors after payment was made and a fitting date confirmed. They wanted to run on the ceiling under a bathroom and around a steel girder . I was fitted with a smart charger now I'm told I can't charge my car when I want . Would not recommend

Dissatisfied and not happy. I was charged £230 for the installation which was not informed earlier unitill the date of installation even though i did send clear pictures as to where the connections need to be made was left without a choice at the last minute was told that i had to pay £60 per hour for the engineer. I was told i had to make the payment forst before installation which was to be completed after a week. On the date of the installation no one turned up and i was sent an email saying it was rescheduled to another date and i sent an email asking why it was changed and no one replied back until 5 pm (so that nothing can be done and it was a friday). Its caused me financial loss, distress and inconvenience. Very unhappy and would never be considering pod point in future. (Just want to add the engineer was brilliant and friendly and did his part properly)

Very dissatisfied; you only got 1 star thanks to the super nice chap called Haydn who came to swap over my pod point charger due to them installing the wrong time. Completely inefficient instillation team at your head office who just make us excuses because they haven't done their job properly. My neighbours asked about our pod point, we told them not to bother as the customer service was terrible and useless

Pod Point was recommended to us by our car dealership so we went with them. They told us that our requirements were not a problem and they were quick to take our money. We took all the photos as asked and they kept getting our order wrong. When the first electrician arrived to fit it he was not qualified to work on our electricity system so another appointment was made. The second electrician said the best way to fit it was exactly as we had requested but Pod Point office insisted on an alternative plan that would have been unsightly and impractical. They then put every obstacle in our way to get the installation as the electrician had recommended and we requested, to the extent that we had to pay the electrician to return privately to fit part of it and then return weeks later to fit the charger. The whole thing took so long that we had to pay Pod Point more as the government subsidy deadline had been missed even though Pod Point had previously assured us that the installation did not have to take place, simply placing the order would meet deadline. The eventual cost was more than double the initial quote.

Quick to book in an installation date however the installer didn’t do a great job on the day. Not only did they not have all the equipment which resulted in a follow-up visit 2 days later, they also damaged the internal and external property walls. Pod Point customer service have been aware of the issue for over 1 week and we’re still not close to an answer or resolution. One thing to note is they don’t offer repairs post installation so if your property is damaged like mine now unfortunately is you’re going to have to book in a private repair elsewhere and foot the bill. Overall a terrible experience; much better it seems to buy the unit from a trade seller and contact a local more reliable electrician for the installation.

I am extremely disappointed with the job that was done by your engineer. If I knew how it would turn out there is no way we would have gone ahead. It looks terrible & will certainly need to re doing. The wiring looks terrible, botched together with no regard for my property, effectively it has completely ruined my newly decorated hallway. Very poor level of service & actual results is horrendous for such cutting-edge technology. I think Audi should find /suggest another partner which I will certainly be telling them directly.

Pod point installed friday, never worked. called monday to request engineer return, was told remote diagnostics had to be run. called again today, claimed no record of the call on monday & put me on hold & hung up on me

I will score 1 for the moment until the issues are resolved then adjust. Unit installed quickly but nozzle scuffed and looks second-hand. The connection to the wi-fi was not completed at the time of installation and is now not resolved by me, though a request for assistance has been made to pod-point. Hopefully, these issues are resolved and the score suitably adjusted.
