“Extremely pleased with my new Podpoint 3 installation today. Very polite and very efficient and professional installer, he talked me through every aspect of the job and fully explained how to operate the charger via the app. Very neat and tidy job, would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking to install an EV charger.”

“I had a good and bad experience with Pod Point. The bad... I placed an order and an engineer was sent in a couple of days. I was told that some places in the garden had to be cleared up for the installation. I did not know which part or why. The engineer turned up, and he was grumpy and rude. He may have had his reasons, but he was unreasonable and rude. I sent him back within 10 minutes, I could not stand him any longer The good... The 2nd engineer was arranged a few days later. And his service was excellent. He was polite, explained things in detail and did a great job. Overall, mixed experience but I would still recommend Pod Point.”

“No sooner had I ordered, than the installation was complete; in hindsight before I'd got my head around it but I'm happy with the service. The technician was polite, very efficient and managed to install exactly where I'd requested the device.”

“The order and installation went very well and tidily. The only downside was our email address used by installer couid not be used by us to login. So we did this afresh with a different email address and all is well and scheduling charges easy.”
