“The whole process was really slick. Paid for it and the next day it was installed. Jack, The installer turned up on time, really helpful when asked questions about the installation and how it worked. He was tidy and the installation quality was excellent. After purchase a quick call from the scheduler arranged an installation date and time slot then an eta was confirmed by the installer soon after. From the ordering to installation the process was completely hassle free. Would definitely recommend.”

“The installation on the day was very quick and easy and the engineer was friendly and polite, the actual Pod Point works well. We had to do some groundworks ourselves before the installation which can make things a little awkward, we paid for an extra 5m cable upfront which was quite expensive and I would prefer to pay by the meter on the day, the cable was sent through before the installation day and we pulled the cable through and laid it from point to point, I was told that if the installation took less than 3 hours we may be refunded some of the cost of the extra cable, the installation took around 2 hours but haven’t received anything yet. Over all though it is a good service and product.”

“Installation was scheduled from 11:00 - 16:00hrs although The installer turn up at the property at 8:30 am. Installation was planned and done well . Installer was kind enough to explained the instructions on the usage and Wi-Fi.”

“Fantastic service. Quick appointment, professional and very neat installation. The fitter was neat, courteous and very knowledgeable. Note that the dodgy brick filling seen in the photograph was from cavity wall installation, NOT the Podpoint installer. The Podpoint installer ran the cable straight into the back. A really neat job.”

“The Pod Point was installed on Friday 18th August and so far hasn't worked even though i paid in full upfront. The emergency support does not get answered over the weekend or outside of business hours and I have also called and eventually spoken a number of times and not received any answers or real support. Only been told they are running remote diagnostics and will call me back. I have not received any calls and now wonder if I should demand a refund or get EDF to chase as they recommended PodPoint.”

“The engineer communicated the day before to confirm his arrival time and arrived on the day as advised. Was very courteous and professional throughout the installation. Cleaned up after himself and was very clear with his after-install tour and overview of the charge point. All in all an excellent experience. Would highly recommend.”

“We had quite a complex installation but the Podpoint project team were really flexible and made the installation as smooth as possible delivering the cables prior installation to enable works to progress. All working well now. Great job.”

“Pod Point team are so professional and helpful, within a very short time of placing my order the team were in contact with me to discuss the finer details of my installation. The installation engineer arrived on time and gave a full overview of his scheduled work. The installation took around 90 minutes including tidying up brick dust!!! So impressed with the Pod Point installation - I will definitely recommend Pod Point to my friends.”
