“Overall, Excellent service and a big thanks to Matthew, the installation engineer. After an initial issue with uploading photos for the initial online survey, everything was smooth and efficient. Matthew was bang on time, very professional, tidy, and explained everything very well. Very happy”

“Extremely pleased with my new Podpoint 3 installation today. “I had a good and bad experience with Pod Point. The bad... I placed an order and an engineer was sent in a couple of days. I was told that some places in the garden had to be cleared up for the installation. I did not know which part or why. The engineer turned up, and he was grumpy and rude. He may have had his reasons, but he was unreasonable and rude. I sent him back within 10 minutes, I could not stand him any longer The good... The 2nd engineer was arranged a few days later. And his service was excellent. He was polite, explained things in detail and did a great job. Overall, mixed experience but I would still recommend Pod Point.”

“No sooner had I ordered, than the installation was complete; in hindsight before I'd got my head around it but I'm happy with the service. The technician was polite, very efficient and managed to install exactly where I'd requested the device.”
