“Very complicated, not a user-friendly process. You yave to be an electrician to complete the pre paperwork which is very complex. Then was charged an extra £65 an hour on top of already paying for fitting already as I was informed it was a complex fitting - I live in a mid-terraced house I still fail to see how this could be complex. The fitting took place over a week after the car was delivered so was unable to charge the car at home when i first got it. Numerous emails to them were left unanswered.”

“POD Point have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. From first contact through grant application to installation they have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. The fitter who arrived bang on time did a great job, was neat tidy and very pleasant.”

“The organisation and installation of the charging point was excellent. I would however highlight the disappointment at the additional cost for surge protection, which as far as I am aware is a legal requirement. The last minute additional £100 does not seem justified for the cost of equipment and labour involved.”

“Pod point installation was an easy process. Pod point kept me in the loop of the installation date and times and they worked around dates that were best for me. The engineer was very polite, professional and answered all my questions. I would gladly recommend to others.”

“Ordered online, this was so easy and quick and an e-mail sent to say installation in 2 days after ordering, Appointment was at 11 and Jacob turned up on the dot. He chatted about the installation, we agreed on a suitable spot for the Solo 3 to go. My consumer unit is slightly awkward and we worked a good solution to route the cables. Jacob was extremely thorough and tidy. Went through full workings and how the system works. Overall very impressed with podpoint and Jacob who installed the system.”

“|Tradesman came, very proffessional and tidy, job completed lt without showing how the operation and the App worked, gave him the WI-Fi code for the house and then he left, every time I try and connect my i phone it finds the Podpoint then says no internet connection, have re=set router and all other things work outside near the Podpoint, Ipads, 2 No phones 1 i phone and 1 Samsung and my car on the drive picks up the WI-Fi, please advise.”
