“I couldn't be happier! I booked this on Wednedsay, received the booking confirmation on Thursday and the installation took place on Friday. The installer was polite, friendly and courteous, turned up exactly on time, and did a great job. I honestly couldn't fault any part of the process. Super impressed.”

“The electrician arrived on time and carried out the installation OK. He had trouble with the weak WI-FI signal, there was no mention on your order page, that I could see, that mentioned a need for a WI-FI signal. If it had I would found a supplier that used an RJ45 internet cable and/or a USB connector which would allow a connection to the in-house router, the installation being in the detached garage. Also, I paid £999.00 for the tethered unit, however, my KIA salesman Luke Burdett (01234245702) informs me that I should have had the KIA introduction discounted price of £929.00. Again no mention of this on your order website. Please arrange a refund of the £70.00 overpayment.”

“The people were all wonderful and very helpful. I tried to submit the survey several times using Google Chrome and it failed with an unhelpful error message each time. I tried another browser called 'Brave' and it worked first time. The installation went smoothly and the installer was very pleasant. However we were not able to register the charger at the time and we are still not able to do so as we were told that we have to wait until the office receives the installers paperwork.”

“Ordering process - It was hard to find a tel no but once I did all my questions were answered. Installation Engineer was excellent, he even drove to Harrogate for an RCD that my system needed”
