Positive overall - difficult to organise installation date as cant seem to organise a few weeks in advance.

It turned out all right in the end, but it was a long journey. The initial application was made online at the beginning of July 2022 and the installation was finally completed on 28 October. It is probably much quicker if you have a parking area immediately adjacent to the house. Our garage is 35 meters away, at the bottom of the garden. This required countless photographs before an engineer was commissioned to come and explore the possibilities, and another engineer's visit because the first one left the company before the installation was attempted. In all, it has cost over £2000. It seems to me that the process would be much simpler if the job was classified as either "standard" (i.e. adjacent to the house) or "non-standard", which immediately prompted and engineer's visit.

I was informed of the time engineer would arrive the day before installation. Engineer was friendly and polite. Work was carried out to a high standard and all mess cleared up. Demonstration of pod-point given which was clear and precise. Would most definitely recommend. Thank you!

Evie Edmed domestic project manager was excellent, accessible support throughout process. Get me well informed at each stage. Installer Callum was thorough, efficient & did excellent job, inspired confidence. GWS squad , arrived promptly, worked hard & pleasure to have trenching. Evie was great back up for trenchers, installer & myself, accessible , patient problem solver. I had a very positive experience with PodPoint Thanks to Evie, Junior Domestic Project Manager, Callum , Installer & GWS team

The support team were also good at explaining initially what extra work I had to carry out in advance of the installation. The website and questions worked well. The installer surprised me by initially turning up a week early. When he came back a week later the installation was smooth and he went through the features and explained how it worked

During a difficult and not so straight forward installation, Pod Point supplied a fantastic engineer who helped me throughout the process to update my mains supply and eventually was able to connect my home charger without any problems.

Process of ordering, paying and organising installation date was great. The actual installation could have been better. The garage was cleaned up afterwards, brick dust left everywhere, which meant I had to spend about 40 mins cleaning up. Move complained about this and still waiting for a reply!

The installer was excellent, very nice chap. Infromative and gave good advice= 100% Two minor points, when a customer is called out the blue to book an installation appointment, they should asked if good time to talk. Very minor point, all brick dust from drlling holes could been clean away, I relise it will wash away with the rain.
