“Would not recommend them. Purely because of incompetency by salesman. Photos and other necessary details were submitted in June and he continued,to resend same email and did not make necessary checks to proceed. Did nor answer phone”

“Acceptable service in general but a number of delays and final job is not very tidy. Some of the equipment was not as well described as it could be and we purchased some items that weren’t necessary (albeit they were quickly refunded) and not sure we ended up buying the most appropriate unit.”

“Very Easy and seamless, I would definitely recommend it. One slight bit of criticism - PodPoint had to write to my DNO for permission due to me having a looped supply at my property, Podpoint did everything for me which was amazing. After a month I still hadn't had an install date, I contacted PodPoint to find out but they couldn't help (maybe because wasn't speaking to my case handler). After that, I contacted my DNO to find out what had happened and they forwarded me their response to PodPoint which was dated a couple of days after our initial email to them. My advice is if anyone has to contact their DNO to approve their installation I would stay on top of PodPoint if you want a quick turnaround. other than that it was a good all-round experience and these were really easy to contact and talked me through every step of the way.”

“The process of getting the Pod Point was fine. I thought the form to fill in with the house information was tricky and I eventually sent an e-mail with photos. The installer was very good and explained the process when he came out, especially as we had some issues with our earth. He also followed up with us.”
