“The installation of my Solo charger was excellent - the installer was very timely, took into account the quirks of my home and provided great explanation and advice. The process between ordering and installation was bumpy and delayed due to other factors and hence the 4 star rating.”

“I asked for the installation to start at 10:00. The engineer arrived before 09:00. Luckily I was here as I had overslept. The installation was completed quite quickly. The job was done neatly and tested.”

“Quick and efficient installation and the operative was very polite and friendly. Only reason for not being a 5 star was left a lot of electrical cable bits and other general little rubbish things on the floor and around d work area, otherwise excellent.”

“The whole process is simple and straightforward. I have ordered the charger online. Then I had to complete a short survey online. The installation date was booked within a week following the survey. The installer, Nilesh, is very professional and knowledgeable about what he does. Everything was done to a proper standard and he tidied up after himself and tested everything needed. It has been three weeks now since the installation, very pleased with our choice of Pod Point. Absolutely stress free.”
