“You don't find out that you will have to wait a month for installation until they have your £1k. I had plenty of platitudes about finding an earlier date, but they were empty promises. And good luck if you ask, or try to find out online, how to acctually redeem the exclusive rate they promote with EDF. You'll while away many a wasted hour online and on hold but at least that new frustration will take your mind off your original frustration at the lead time while your money is in their bank.”

“Regarding the installation. This was a quick service with no fuss. My only comment is that the time between I paid for my pod point and contact from them for installation was way too long. Response to emails, online query form was too long. Overall I would say I am satisfied though and look forward to using my pod point.”

“It was seamless. All the communication was helpful and accurate. Matthew came when he said he would and was very clear about the preparation needed. The installation went well and I am very pleased with the results. I found the tracker on the email was very useful”

“Craig Burt our installer was very good. He made contact the day before the installation to confirm when he was going to turn up. On the day he was on time and we had a good chat about where to install the charger and how it was going to be installed. He cracked on and did the install quickly and tidily. When needed he asked for the power to be knocked off - and it was only off for a short period of time. Once the install was complete Craig ran through the control of the PodPoint charger once it was on my WiFi network. All was clearly explained and understood.”
