“Initial contact after completing a form online was very quick. However past that trying to get in contact to ask questions was very difficult. Once we had made the payment the team were very speedy and lots of reminders to send the details for intallation, and once this was submitted, my charger was installed within 24 hours! Very impressive. Would recommend an email address that gets replied to on the website which may help. Installation was very quick, with very little interruption whilst I continued to work at home as well.”

“Communications to orgsnise the site survey snc first installation date were good, however unfortunately despite an in person site survey the correct parts were not available on the day of installation and therefore installation was delayed by 10 days. The installer was very pleasant and turned up on time on all 3 visits.”
