“USELESS! I ASKED FOR A SITE SURVEY TO BE COMPLETED BACK IN JUNE BY THEM. THEY IGNORED THIS PUSHING STRAIGHT FOR INSTALLATION ASKING ME TO PROVIDE INFO. OF THE SITE REMOTELY VIA EMAIL WHEN THEY REALLY SHOULD HAVE CARRIED OUT A SITE SUVEY IN THE FIRST PLACE. AFTER I WAS NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE THEM WITH THE INFO. THEY REQUESTED THEY THEN SUGGESTED A SITE SURVEY BE CARRIES OUT PRIOR TO INSTALLATION. SO I AGREED A DATE FOR THE SITE SITE SURVEY & GUESS WHAT? THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE WANTING A CHARGING POINT NOT TO USE POD POINT.”

“Superb service, quick efficient and effortless. Was surprised how quickly the installation took from ordering on the phone to the engineer installing the charge point (about 4days). Thanks to everyone at PodPoint :-)”

“A reassuringly good and straightforward experience. Online prior information unusually good. Booking easy and implemented on time, with good prior warning of installer's ETA with us. “Corey, the installer did a great job. Very professional and a very neat installation indeed and routing the cable just as I wanted it. He kept double checking that I was happy as the job progressed. A far neater installation than I thought it was going to be.”

“The installation itself was very good – the engineer was friendly and professional, and it was a neat and tidy job. Booking the installation was a very different experience and very disappointing. It was originally scheduled for 6 September 2022, meaning I had to reschedule a business meeting to be at home. When I phoned Pod Point in the early afternoon to enquire where the engineer was, the person who had sent me the booking information couldn’t be located. However, the colleague I spoke to assured me that the charger would be installed that day. I called again late afternoon and was informed that installation was in fact scheduled for 8 September. The Pod Point person I spoke to was very apologetic about the mix up, but the experience did not inspire confidence in the company.”

“Very delayed process. Engineer advised no instructions were in box and he’d get them sent to us. Still waiting!!! Trying to email them is absolutely ridiculous at least 1 month between responses. Looks like most people have had a good experience but I certainly have not”

“I have to say this was a straight forward hassle free installation. The installation was sub contracted to EDF and Lee was very helpful and had it completed in 3 hours. Good work!”

“Arrived promptly and after a brief survey and discussion, the installer worked very quickly and tidily took stall our Pod Point. Good standard of work and a very helpful explanation of how the system works. Overall we were very impressed by the service we received.”
