“Communications to orgsnise the site survey snc first installation date were good, however unfortunately despite an in person site survey the correct parts were not available on the day of installation and therefore installation was delayed by 10 days. The installer was very pleasant and turned up on time on all 3 visits.”

“V efficient and quick installation. Managed to fill a cancelled slot so all done very quickly. The electrician dealing with it was personable, did a very neat job and explained everything very well. The only (minor) criticism, if I had to make one, was that he left the box of rubbish from the installation for me to dispose of.”

“The install went very well even with the issue of a rotten board behind meter. The installer took charge of the situation got Scottish power here to sort all while installing the charger.”
