“Ordering and installation was very easy however the communication with surveyors was terrible. It took weeks for them to respond to emails to determine if the property was suitable for an installation. The email responses were uninformative and did not provide the necessary information or answer the questions I had. This resulted in car delivery being delayed. Very frustrating.”

“Really great process from start to finish - from initial visit to the website which guided me to which product I needed, all the way through to installation within just a couple of days. Installer was super friendly and efficient as well. Information always available and very clear”

“Matthew arrived on time. He was very pleasant to deal with and went through the whole process in clear easy to understand terms. The installation took place without a hitch and at the end he went through how to use the Point and was happy to answer any questions. A very professional installation!”

“New Homecharger - Sales Exec Caiya was very helpful with the initial paperwork/admin side of the order. Podpoint confirmed my appointment and it was kept. Engineer Lee attended on time and carried out work to a high standard at my preferred location. The only slight negative with the experience was the 5 weeks wait after the delivery of my car, having to use Public chargers, before installation. Overall, a professional service!”
