“Simple process from ordering to installation. Installation was booked very quickly and the engineer arrived in the timeframe given. He went over the installation and cable route and then very neatly installed everything. Once the installation was complete he went over the operation and how to add to my pod point app. All in all very happy with the whole process.”

“Following submission of the initial information request, the rest of the process was seamless with an appointment slot being offered just a couple of days later. The Engineer that arrived was very professional, took no time to install and then explain the basics that is the simple operation of the unit. Haven't used it yet as the charger has arrived before the vehicle, but impressed so far.”

“The Pod Point charger is excellent, and so was the installation engineer and the booking in team. The initial data-gathering exercise uploading pictures of my current electrical system was frustrating as it involved repeat logging in, trial and error. This process needs improvement to get 5 * reviews.”

“The pod put too far away the engineer suggested a longer lead from Amazon when i asked to show him where my car would be going he appeared not very interested and mentioned the longer lead again I had a pod before installed by you so no real need for explanation on workings”

“Engineer fitted the pod point no problem, left without it been powered up as he couldn’t see if we had the gas and water grounded which we already had. Further 3 weeks having to send Photos in for proof along with several emails before connection was complete. I understand the safety aspect with the grounding however if the fitter engineer had looked properly at the grounding we wouldn’t have had all the hassle that followed.”
