“Overall the experience was good. My initial installation date was cancelled at fairly short notice. I was provided a new date, though we were on holiday. Our installation took place almost two months after ordering and meant I had to find public chargers for around 6 weeks. The installation on the day was excellent.”

“I’m very disgruntled with the way that I have been treated. I know that it took time to get going but since then it’s impossible they a sensible conversation from them. The only thing they have been 1st class at was taking my £1117 from me. I still don’t know how I stand with availability, installation or with a commission date.”

“Excellent service, very prompt installation, we had one small problem relating to my fuse box but the fitter readily overcame this. Couldn't have asked for better. Efficient, knowledgeable & very experienced. Kept me informed throughout.”

“Podpoint harge installed on the 10th July. Tried to use it 4cdays later and it did not work. Spoke to Podpoint to get this fixed. Got an email on the 18th July saying someone will get in touch to arrange a visit Went on holiday for 8 days came back still no contact from Podpoint. Rang again on the 31st July, was told nothing have been scheduled. Wait on the phone for ages to be told someone will get in touch today. Email was recieved and I have to wait until the 9th August, one month later from the installation date, customer service is poor.”

“Initial experience with sign up was poor - once I’d paid for my charger and installation, and provided questionnaire and details of the installation location, I didn’t hear from Pod-Point for 3 days! I chased up and they responded pretty quickly with a call and install date of the next day, which was mighty impressive!! The installer was fantastic - professional, courteous and did an impeccable job in a short period of time, so overall very happy with how the I stall went!!”

“Everything was done professionally, it was easy to book and I was kept up to date before the installation. On the day the installers were on time, explained everything that would happen. They stuck to time and were extremely tidy. Once installed they explained in detail how everything worked. I would have no hesitation in recommending POD Point”

“Edward the engineer who fitted the Pod Point Charger was very professional in all aspects. Edward explained everything that we needed to know and when he had completed his work he cleaned up before he left. Good job well done.”
