“I ordered the pod point in March and was finally fitted in August. This is not all the fault of pod point but could have been more efficient. When you order the installation you are asked to send a load of photos of your electric meter and fuse box. I sent this quickly and had to wait a number of weeks for installation. When the installer turned up, he immediately advised me he could not fit due to a looping issue. The whole point of sending the photos is to ensure the item could be fitted, clearly this had not been done. Organising the change of electrics with SSE was quite simple, but just takes time. Once the the works had been completed, the fitting of the unit was quick and simple. The unit itself seems to be a good item and I am happy with what I have. If the initial ordering timescales and checking of the photos had been I would have given 5 stars”

“Very impressed with the whole process. Installer turned up on time , was friendly and did a great job. Actual product looks good and is simple to use. Price we were quoted on website was the price we paid (unlike other companies who advertise a low price but then add on loads of extras). Highly recommended.”

“Some issues regarding my installation plan based on my preferred install location and my home electric layout. This was sorted out eventually via email. It might have improved matters if a Pod Point telephoned me to explain, would have saved me some time”
