“The guy that came to fit the pod point was not from the uk, he was quite difficult to understand and did not have any manners, he couldn’t explain anything to me he said to read the instruction booklet with any questions I had.”

“Pod Point contacted us within 7 days of purchasing vehicle and after a short online survey to assess installation requirements made arrangements to attend. Unfortunately two of the proposed installation dates were inconvenient to us however there was no need to be concerned about protracted delay, a new jointly convenient date was confirmed only 6mdays later than previously and everything went ahead. John (highly recommended) their installer contacted us the day before to request work area to be clear and turned up on time, cable routing was neat and tidy and everything finished in no time at all. A good explanation of the charge point and app was given and we are happy to report everything is working superbly.”

“Dealing with Podpoint has been a nightmare they are so disorganized, they lost e-mails, they sent e-mails to me at the wrong address. Scheduling my installation was delayed by months because they could not get their act together!!! They are non technical and are just order takers. They sub out the instalation to a third party, which is where the experience changed. The instalation engineer was prompt, efficient and very profesional.”

“The quality of the pre-installation material was very good, including the steps the customer is required to take to provide comprehensive information about the installation. As our installation was non-standard a survey was necessary. Paul and Gareth did an excellent job. To begin with they faced a real challenge to identify suitable entry and exit points for the cable run through the loft. However, to their great credit, they persevered and the finished job is very neat. I ordered on-line and Paul and Gareth brought the equipment on the installation day. So several of the questions below do not apply.”

“The engineer was very good he did the Initial walk-through With me and advised me a better way to lay the cable under the floor boards in the hallway the up to the fuse box which wasn’t too difficult he was quick and efficient and explained everything as he was going along in very happy”
