“The installer James Paterson was 1st rate. Was very prompt and installed the pod point with ease. Everything was explained to me and he connected up the pod point to the Wi-Fi too. A slick operation, thanks very much”

“The installer sent me a text to say when he would arrive. He explained the whole process, told us how long it would take and explained that the electricity would have to be switched off for a short time. The installation went smoothly and he took us through the process of using the charger.”

“Installer arrived on time, as per the appointment and discussed with me the best location to fix the pod to my property. He kept me updated throughout the installation and told me about its operation when completed. Left the site clean and tidy - a job well done!”

“With the Covid-driven absence of on-site surveys, the online approach and numerous phone calls was onerous. However, from then on the actual booking of the install was great and the installer was absolutely brilliant. He worked through the various install challenges well, and took great care to deliver a really neat set up.”

“The initial ordering experience was very poor. There was zero alignment between Pod Point and Audi and although I ordered the car 6 months previously the original order from Pod Point expires after 3 months (with Pod Point) so PP where saying Audi needed to raise a new order and Audi were saying the already arranged an order. Neither Audi or PP would talk to each other and I wasted 5 days and not getting my car because of the situation. In the end I was nearly going to cancel the car when a guy in PP (with a lot of common sense) said he could see the original order so he processed it. The only 5* service I received was from the engineer who fitted the unit who was first class.”
