“After a short delay due to sickness, the installer arrived punctually, assessed the site and explained how the installation would proceed. He worked methodically, finished as predicted and left the site clear of all debris. First rate for a recently recruited installer.”

“The ordering processes was pretty straight forward. There was a complication regarding the install as I didn't want the cable run around the property but hidden through the loft space. I therefore had to arrange my own electrician to carry out the install of the cable at my own expense which took him 30 minutes to do. A simple job which should be an option with Pod Point even if it came with an additional charge. The pod install itself was quick and easy and the engineer arrived on-time with a text 1 hour before his arrival. Eddy was very friendly and informative.”

“Pod point asked for a load of information on where and how, also send photos of where you want your cables to run, as to where you want your home charger fitted only to come up with…!!! We need to fit it there because it’s easier for us. 👎”
