“Cameron installed our charger today. He patiently waited until he could gain access to undertake the installation as no one was at home when he arrived. The installation was perfect and the PodPoint charger looks amazing as Cameron went the extra mile and fed the power supply through our garage wall Lcavity. Not a cable in sight, just what we were hoping for 😍”

“Very quick process from the start to finish, ordering online, confirming install date then installation on the day. The engineer contacted me prior to the installation to confirm arrival time on the day, he was polite, friendly and professional and explained fully how to use the charger once installation was complete.”

“Although I had to install the cables myself ahead of the engineer arriving, the process was very good. The engineer was very personable, even allowing me to complete a meeting before switching the power off. He instructed me fully on how to use the charger and didn’t leave any mess behind, either in or outside the house. Full marks to the engineer.”

“Having my EV charger installed by Podpoint went like a dream, from ordering online, agreeing an installation date and the installation itself. More straightforward than I anticipated, I completed the order application and provided the details and photos requested, received an email back the same day asking which installation date I required and this was accepted on the day I required. The installer was professional and courteous and did a neat and tidy job installing the charger. I'm more than pleased and would highly recommend Pod Point.”

“Everything was well organised. I ordered a lock which looked very flimsy and wasn’t necessary and a holster which I turned out I didn’t need. Hoping for a refund for those.”
