The installer was very courteous and helpful. He cleaned up behind him as he worked and did a very neat job installing the Pod Point. Only slight complaint is the process of taking photos prior to the installation. The process is quite complicated and takes some time. With no ability to save progress and continue later this makes things quite difficult. Also the photos were not shared with the installer so he had no idea where the unit was meant to go when he arrived

Charger is good when it works however it has not worked for the last three days been in contact with customer support not great still, have a useless non-operational ornament on my wall, have had to charge yesterday at a public charger 65 pence / kw. I bought the device in good faith had it installed by a registered installer, it has been reset remotely a couple of times however this time was told was not registered and more or less nothing they could do, rubbish customer service. I use my car for work and need the charger to be working and reliable which it is not.

I arranged the installation and was told I would receive a call prior to installation, the Engineer arrived without notification which caused a disruption to meetings I had planned. Installation was carried out professionally with full explanation of what would happen. Once installed Engineer further explained what had been carried out and how next to proceed. Very Professional Installation, pre-installation communications could be improved.

Hello, Tony connected my podpoint charger at my old place earlier this year and did a fantastic job. Now I am living with my partner and she suggested we get one fitted here. Had Tony fit it and he did a stellar job. Brilliant just briliant.

Not a very reliable service from start to finish. Ordered online and completed survey form. Heard nothing back. After 10 days I telephoned. The next day I finally received some feedback. Had to make changes to my supply. Emailed confirmation that changes had taken place then had to telephone as didn’t receive a reply. Arranged technician to install. He arrived 5 days early when no one was home. Then on the the day it was supposed to be installed no one turned up. Had to make a phone call to chase this up as no one informed me engineer wasn’t going to turn up. Re-arranged two days later, finally installed. Engineer was very good and am happy with the finish install.

The process, while involved, was very smooth with great communication from the scheduling team. Our installer (Matt?) was first class, very knowledgeable and helpful throughout. Overall very pleased with the experience and end result.

A very quick response that initially ignored me saying "not on Tuesday", but it was changed to Wednesday. The installation was good and SAF the engineer was polite and left no mess behind. He explained my options and suggested alternatives. I am unable to check the thing works as I do not have my car yet - expected in the new year. I was surprised not to be left with an installation note or electrical certificate. I do have a small "getting started" booklet but no warranty certificate which ties my POD point into a warranty.

We purchased a complete install of a pod point charger for our Mini, via Mini; initially the communication was good and things were moving on smoothly; until we were told that we’d have to pay extra for cabling and then arrange the installation of the cable separately, because we didn’t want the cable run outside the house into the garage, but through the loft space, which was a shorter distance than going along the wall outside, and would’ve involved drilling holes through to outside. I asked for a rebate for the extra cost involved and was told no, due to the fact they offered an installation but refused it. None of the discussion as order or until this came up, was about the fact we would have to have it installed this way or we’d be liable for more money. I think this is completely unacceptable.

Tom arrived within the time slot I was given, he did a great job. The installation was neat and tidy, he left no mess and talked me through the booklet before leaving.

Swift installation and the Pod Point was installed where we wanted it. The engineer arrived on time and explained what he was going to do and did a very good job and left the place neat and clean. He explained everything well.

After an initial appointment was cancelled due to illness. Jamie turned up on time, was extremely patient as we wanted the pod point sighted at a particular position and carried out the work professionally leaving our garage clean and tidy. Would not hesitate to recommend.
