“The whole process and interface with Pod Point was very easy. The installation engineer (Cory) was extremely efficient, helpful and knowledgeable about the product. Very good service.”

“The whole experience was great. Simple to order. Installer called the day before to check we were ready for the installation. On the day it took about 2 hours. Very neat and professional job. Everything explained after installation and testing. Very happy.”

“Had a problem trying to down load pictures for pre installation, lucky enough Trevor Deakin the guy that done installation lives very close to me and kindly came round to do survey, I can see some people not bothering to proceed due to the very complicated issue with digital pictures and finding earthing cables , Trevor did very professional job was polite and explained everthing”

“The web based ordering process was very easy at first However the survey information submission took longer than described Then the back and forth emails clarifying points could have been carried out more quickly with a phone call or a vist as it turned out there were no issues at all and it was a simple install. This element was a very poor experience The on the day installation was extremely high quality and a very good experience and the fitter excellent and should be comended.”

“After having 3 failed appointments with another provider I thought I was going to be waiting a long time for my installation. Jim was really friendly and professional, my order was installed within 24 hours of ordering and it has worked perfectly since. Thank you”

“It was ok. The installer suggested wiring through the garage (great idea, which I didn’t know was an option) but then asked me to clear the garage for safe access, which was totally reasonable, but it was clear he was irritated he has to wait whilst he watched me move BBQ’s, Bikes and other items.”

“Pod point may be the big player in the market which means customer service is poor. Customers are required to purchase product in advance without any security the product is suitable. Telephone service is very poor if you need to speak to some - you go around in a continuous loop. Very frustrating. Pod point appear the prioritise calls based on the number you dial from. Pod point also take over a week to answer emails which then requires a phone call for you to chase.”

“Excellent service on installation Day. Very professional looking engineer wearing branded clothing. Installed very quickly, efficiently and tidy. Cleared everything away during and after installation. Very good explanation of how things worked. Highly recommended on the Day. I did have problems linking through the App and despite two emails eventually had to telephone and an advisor rang me back. Very helpful over the phone but did take awhile to actually speak to someone.”

“Hi, the installation point from issue of all information process was really quick and appreciated. I work in construction and understood what was being asked for. The offer of a video call talking things through might help/ make things easier for other customers. The installer was prompt, communicative and on time.”

“I had a mixed experience, I required multiple emails and explanations of the layout of the house which still wasn’t enough as I then had 2 visits to get the installation complete. Yazmin was very polite is the emails and the 2 technicians that turned up were very helpful and explained what was required. There was an issue with the external wall that was drilled and a piece of brick was damaged and subsequently flies back on, see image.”

“Easy from booking to installer coming to our. Installer was very conscious and did a really good job with no hassle to me. Also went to the care of making sure my app worked correctly prior to leaving. Would highly recommend!”
