The web based ordering process was very easy at first
However the survey information submission took longer than described
Then the back and forth emails clarifying points could have been carried out more quickly with a phone call or a vist as it turned out there were no issues at all and it was a simple install. This element was a very poor experience
The on the day installation was extremely high quality and a very good experience and the fitter excellent and should be comended.
