“Haydn contacted me the day before and arrived at the exact time he specified. He took considerable care to install the charger without any visible trunking or cabling other than under the stairs and has perforned an excellent installation job. If only all trades people were as exceptional as Haydn. He is a credit to the company!”

“Our installation was faultless from beginning to end and I would 100% recommend Pod Point as a result of my experience. Craig, our installer, messaged the day before with an arrival time and answered some questions I had. He arrived on time, talked me through the process, was polite, professional and personable and is a credit to the business. Very happy with the entire process and product.”

“I think the whole picture sending is complicating and delay in getting the service up and running. I would suggest a person to come out to check everything over which is a 5 minute job but when emailing back and forth it took nearly 2 weeks to sort out. The installation however was very easily done by a very friendly engineer named Denroy who understood what I wanted and easily installed the product”

“The service we recieved from Pod Point was nothing less than five star. Our house required a further survey, as well as approval from Northern Power (not typical but our home operats on a loop system) which made me nervous that the Pod wouldnt be fitted in time for our new car. The team supported us throughout the entire process, letting us know what stage we were at and even schedulling a weekend installation to ensure we had the Pod in time. The gentleman fitting the Pod was professional, smart and polite. He spoke us through how the system works and made sure we were 100% happy before he left. We would reccomend Pod Point to anyone!”
