“The engineer was very efficient and highlighted how it would be installed and gave a couple of options for the cable routing. The speed of installation was good with only 15mins of power outage. No mess and very neat cable routing. Also set up the Pod point to the wifi in a fraction of the time it would have taken me. Excellent Engineer and very well mannered.”

“So so. Communications take days between emails. Decent product, but took a very long time to get set up (organising what needed to be done). It would have been better for an engineer to come around and provide confidence and a plan. Cable routing left untidy”

“I found it very hard to do the survey for the installation, i can't believe the company is still hiding behind Covid restrictions, unfortunately, Covid is here to stay and we have to get back to normal as a country.”

“I ordered the podpoint home charger on the Monday and that same afternoon I had a call for installation the next day! On the day Gareth came to fit it and was done within 1.5 hours. He explained everything to me, was polite, professional and friendly. Can’t fault a thing! Such a smooth experience and the charger is so easy to use.”
