“Very poor. The installation is not yet finished. The trunking from the electric box is missing parts and the end has fallen off as soon as the filler used dried, on the plastic truncking. A part of this is missing, and the whole thing looks like a very unsatisfactory installation. I have tried ringing your number but it is an unused number!!! Where do I go from here?? .”

“Actual installation was quick and smooth and installer very helpful but they hadn’t reviewed my pre-installation questionnaire/photos so hadn’t brought a part required for my fuse box so the first day was a waste of my time having to take the day to stay in and the installers and a second installation day had to be arranged. This would have been completely avoidable if they had bothered to review what they tell you is essential for us to take the time to fill out prior to installation being arranged. Pod has been great since installed.”

“Very pleased overall. While guided, nonetheless had to do the pre installation site survey myself. Quite a bit of form filling involved which took much longer than the 5 to 10 minutes suggested. I guess they have yet to move on from Covid, and given the price, I feel this should have been done by their staff, not me. When it came to getting the work done, all good though. Nick, their installer did an excellent job, exactly as I wished. That side of it was perfect and the home charging experience is very good.”
