“Got very lucky and had my pod point installed the next day from filling my installation form. Installer was fantastic from the start. Very friendly and explained everything I wanted to know and nothing was a problem. Very tidy and neat. Thanks”

“A lot left to the customer to work out the logistics of installation. On 1st attempt the installer was unable to complete as could not foresee the route for the cable, so had to wait a week for another slot. However the installer was first class and did a great job!”

“It was both speedy and customer friendly. Both the member of staff (Jackie McLarty) who answered all the initial questions on the phone and Dennis the engineer who installed the EV charger were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and clearly well trained. Our only criticisms would be the length of time it took for our initial phone call to be answered and that we were not told how much above ground level the EV charging point needed to be. (Higher than we indicated on the photos submitted and accepted by you.)”
