“Had initial issues despite many pictures in initial Comms on where I wanted it. Eventually sorted though through contractors to Pod Point who I must say were excellent and very professional. Guy was really good and helpful. Installed neatly and to agreed location. Well done 👍 Unit is great and look great also. Pleased with outcome, just initial experience wasn't what it should be. Never mind.”

“Very stressful experience. Initial fitting was successful, first charging session worked then unit failed. Took over 3 weeks of bullying, including threatening to make them remove the unit, before repairs were carried out.”

“Had difficult with your on-line ordering form, that requested photographs but did not have the capacity for all of the photographs. I had to send the photographs separately twice.”

“A total fiasco . I have never come across a business so badly organised and lacking in coordination at virtually every stage. It’s an experience I never wish to repeat and as a result I would never recommend PodPoint. All my issues are set out in email and phone correspondence much of which is on file. The only bright spot was the final installer Joe who deserves to be promoted to be CEO. .”

“We are pleased with our new pod point. From purchase to installation was very quick. The survey was easy to complete and the engineer came and fitted as planned. My only problem was working out how to use it, it took a bit or trial and error! In the end it was quite easy, we hadn’t set the schedule! All sorted now and up and running so saves rolling out the extension lead when we need to charge the car.”

“was a difficult process to try and submit photos and videos, with multiple back and forward discussion which added a great deal of time to the process. but the in person survey was very good and easy, subsequently very good install, nice and easy. friendly service as well :)”

“Overall I was pleased with my experience with Pod Point. I was extremely impressed how quick I was able to get an installation date after you purchasing online. I wish I could have said the same about the installation though. He arrived and was clearly in a rush as this was his last job of the day albeit it was only 11am. I was left with marks on walls all around our hallway, and brick dust both inside and outside. Surely technicians are able to use hoovers to clear up their mess. I then struggled to get our wall mounted cover back on as this was left on the floor.”

“The only thing that was unacceptable was the person who did the installation insisted to do it different to the E.D.F. electrician sent by OVO to survey the installation. I agreed with the E.D.F. person that all of the work could be done within the garage so as not to drill through the wall and make the connections in an outside meter box(easier) however the installer said if he couldn't do it his way he wouldn't do it and I would have to make another appointment. I couldn't do this as my car was being delivered the next week.”
