“The engineer that installed pod was brilliant. The need to have a separate guy lay the cables through loft into garage was very disappointing. Overall experience was good. Still irritated that PodPoint thought it would be ok to route cable through the hallway, kitchen etc to get to the garage. Nuff said!”

“Quick and easy - at least after completing quite a complicated form giving installation details. Installation very efficient. Still javent figured the app to log my pod point and its usage. Overall a good experience.”

Great communication and absolutely excellent service from the installer on the day who went above and beyond to get the right solution for us. “The installer was very helpful and friendly despite it being a difficult installation. The pod Poot didn’t connect so I emailed the help desk and they had it sorted by the next day. Good service.”
