“After installation, the Red light came on as soon as I plugged my car in and the unit did not charge my car at all. I have tried to re-set the device as suggested in your documentation, but this hasn't worked. I raised a fault ticket the same day as the installation but it's two days later and I've received no response despite repeated contact attempts. So I have no idea how or when the issue has been resolved. And there is no one I can call to discuss this with All in all a pretty shoddy experience. Can someone please help!”

“I couldn't recommend POD Point enough. The Engineer was professional and very personable, explained everything I asked very clearly and made sure I was happy with what he was doing throughout. The finished product looks really smart and was done properly and efficiently. Also the fact you can track the Engineer when they are on the way to your house is a great feature too.”

“Communication before installation was very good. The installer (Dean) arrived in good time, was very friendly and efficient, did a good, neat job, and cleared up everything after he had completed the work. He explained everything fully and ensured I was happy with the work carried out. First class service. Thank you!”
