“The install engineer was one of the nicest person I've met! The only reason I've given 4 stars and not a 5 is because of the survey. I feel like covid is not a big issue anymore and surveys took lots of time for me which then delayed the installation.”

“The installation was excellent on the day. My only disappointment was that I was expecting a 3 kW charging point but a 7 kW was fitted and the installer suggested that 3 kW was never installed so appeared not to be an option. Also, the website did not appear to allow a conversation with an engineer to help understand the option, although I was called by someone later in the process.”

“Faulty - had to contact Pod Point after the installer had been as it came up with fault when I tried to charge the car. Turns out that there is a dodgy clip which controls the electric current that had to be disabled. Now waiting 3/4 days for another installer to fix. App is also not very good - keeps saying my pod isn’t connected so can’t see how much the charge is costing me”

“The customer service and sales staff were very good with a swift response. However, the installation experience was really bad that the guy didn't walk us through how to use the charging pod and show us where the fuse switch locates. He just left the packaging boxes outside our garage without letting us know.”
