“Super installation by the engineer, I tested positive for COVID and kept my distance upstairs out of the window. He did his risk assessment and was happy to proceed once we agreed on location and cable routes. He then installed the pod point, tested my car charging, and tidied up at the end. Top job, thank you.”

“Originally booked for Thursday 11th August, a cancelled slot became available and installation took place 2 days early. Installation was quick and the engineer was friendly and explained the operation of the point.”

“The engineer who installed my new home chargepoint was excellent. Couldn't fault him. However, I am still registered at my previous residence on my app and your call center are impossible to contact. So essentially my app is redundant.”

“Scheduling and installation prompt and efficient. Pre-installation survey etc and experience of having to pay £1000 up front with no personal contact, very poor. However had we not paid up front we would have given up on the pre-installation survey and gone elsewhere!”
