We booked last May for Meet and Greet at Edinburgh airport and were impressed so this year we decided to book again. Couldn't find Meet and Greet so booked Terminal Surface parking. No clear signage to take you into correct area, staff on voice call at barrier were less than helpful. Eventually found a space but was in separate area furthest away from airport terminal, we actually walked past the off site airport parking buses to get there - this might have been a quicker and cheaper alternative. All in all don't think we would use this service again.

Due to road/building works we were unable to access the car park, barrier would not open. All cars had to reverse into the middle of the road to turn, no staff there to give help or advice. Cars were entering via the car park next to yours. On our return from holiday we were asked for a payment of £170 when we tried to exit. Car park attendant was very helpful and cancelled the payment.

When we arrived car park was full .... albeit we were upgraded to the long stay but it was the annoyance that we had paid for a space and there wasn't one

Hello, I feel I should provide you with feedback on my experience with terminal surface parking from 9th May to the 17th . I arrived in plenty of time to park my car in any of the terminal surface carparks as informed, however I spent 30 minutes driving around trying to find a space. I cannot see how I had paid for a space and failed to find one available. I in the end had to park on white chevron marked area. Is there any other way you can allocate a space and ensure it is available, as a customer you expect a service and \i feel let down on this occasion. Regards Joe Andrews

Please make the shuttle pick up point signs clearer at the terminal.

Booked car park closed to us, sent to mid term car park which had a very long walk to terminal, should have been a bus ride, but got wet as it started to rain, Not what I paid for.

Every time we use this parking something changes- pick up point at the airport, which car park you are in, exits, always have to speak to someone to be let out-this time they'd put up new fencing/layout within the "overspill" car park we were put in 2 weeks prior, and finding our way out into the "main" car park and on to the exit was a nightmare because nobody could be bothered putting up signage through this maze of new works....it may be cheap but you need your wits about you to get IN AND OUT !

I use Plane Parking a lot. Usually it's very good, but as I was asked to rate a specific exerience I have to judge on that. On arrival the Plane Parking car park was closed, there was no notice with what we were to do as an alternative. The boy on the intercom said to go to long stay, which we did, but the faffing was quite stressful given we were already running a bit late for our flight. Of course when we left the long stay the barrier wouldn't open because we weren't booked in and again the fella on the intercom was helpful, took our booking reference and let us out, but it was a faff. We had to wait a terribly long time for the bus back to the car park too, roughly 20 minutes, which seems excessive. Imagine if we'd had to wait that long to get from the car park to the airport, we'd have been later still. As I say, usually Plane Parking is excellent, but on this occasion we were let down.

Bus did not turn up for about 25mins on our return When I submitted my previously paid for ticket, the machine would not let me through barrier and asked for payment of £80. I had to contact your offices to exit car park

Instructions to parking unclear.I followed signage "plane parking as per booking e mail and ended up on opposite side of airway at K2 slot.after lengthy queries and £4parking fee was directed to the multi storey which has no signage with "plane parking"nor did the barrier auto lift or recognise my car. Therefore forced to take a ticket which on return showed £225 fortunately the multi info employees understood my problem and lifted the barrier. Strongly recommend you revisit the instructions and clarify .finally I arrived 5mins beyond boarding and required to pay for a later flight with a different airline £118 plus a wait of 8 hours.

When I went to the barrier, I was asked to pay £65, when the statement says, book on line, and basically go to the barrier and drive away It was sorted after calling the help line, but kind of annoying

Flight delayed went to get out of carpark and discovered i had lost ticket, so i pressed call assist and he looked up my car reg no. He then told me i was 24hrs late and said i had to pay another twenty pounds. I did explain i had my disabled daughter with me in the car and she was very tired this was at 2.30 in the morning. I did make a mistake on my online booking but he was very curt in his manner even if he had said to pay an extra ten pounds i think that would have been fair.I do not intend to use your service again due to your poor customer service,

A long walk from PP to the long term bus. It might as well be part of the LT car park. Had trouble finding our way out, poor signage. Certainly would not use them again

I always use this car park when ever I am going on holiday. I put down that I required 7 days parking although on the way home our flight was delayed and it took us into the next day. Once leaving I got charged an extra £20 which I found to be very over priced as I had already paid £31.00. £51 to park in a car park is shocking and I will not use again.

We drove around for at least 10 minutes looking for an empty space and failed to find one. We eventually parked on a gravel area not designated for parking. Apart from that we liked the proximity to the main airport and low cost.

Having pre booked and paid for my weeks parking was very disappointed to find that my ticket had incurred £280 charge which meant I had to go back to the ticket kiosk to get it sorted out causing a hold up not only for me but the cars behind me. Not good news after a long flight!
