“location was very close to the airport terminal, bus service was very good compaired to alternitives, but the additonal cost reflects that. Main issue appart from the cost was on retun the car was covered in a thick film of grime/grit that has left a large scratch on the boot from what looks like someone placing a hand on it, not the best on a brand new car.”
“Very easy and quick service. Registration plate read as you enter with ticket and barrier up when you leave. No fuss or hassle. Bus was always prompt with little to no waiting”
“Very smooth process to get from the car park to the airport and on the way back. We did however enter the actual airport on our way to the car park and were charged £8.50 to get back out. I think the signage for Plane parking at both roundabouts could be clearer.”

Possibly the only recommendation is that a few more signs marking the areas of the car park more clearly to make finding your car a bit easier after forgetting where you left it 2 weeks ago.”
“I booked the multi story at Edinburgh airport for 10 days, and duely went off on holiday, on holiday I successfully managed to loose my car keys. On arriving back in the UK the parking were great, and allowed me an extra day to collect my car, free when I would have happily paid. They didn't have to do any of this. RECOMMENDED!!! (the only small issue was that the app wouldnt access our booking, but no harm done)”
“Very easy to find and access is also very good, used Plane Parking a few times no and never had any bother finding a parking space, i feel its let down by the bus stops, of which there really could be more, the link bus is always prompt and never packed out”
“Used for dropping young person at the airport and as we had to stay till their group was all together it was cheaper to park for a day here than pay hourly in the other car park. It was so easy to find and park the car as spaces are marked out and a generous size compared to other parks we have used. The bus stop was hard to find though and I feel they could be better highlighted as we struggled during the day and feel it would be hopeless at night The bus was excellent and the driver was really good and gave us time to get on as my husband walks with a stick. Will use this service again to collect my granddaughter when her trip is over. It says 10 minutes to the airport but was really quicker than that. Barrier opened for us even though we didn’t need to scan our ticket. So easy to use”

“Large parking area with only two drop off/pick up bus stops. An additional two would be helpful. Parking bays at top end of car park are rough stone. OK when dry but likely to flood during periods of heavy prolonged rain.”
