“I was again very pleased with the parking as I have used the site on many occasions. Unfortunately on trying to exit the park when I placed the ticket in the machine it came up with the message you have overstayed your visit and are owe car parking £220. On contacting your staff member he explained the machine is quote playing up and allowed us to exit. Not a nice experience after our holiday.”

“Driver who picked us up was quite rude. We were a short distance from the official stop when the bus came along. The driver made angry signs to walk down to the stop. Travelling with a disabled child 🙄”

“Good service and easy to book and park. No issues with parking except upon departure the gate wouldn't open and stated that we owed money. Not sure why it did this but upon contact with staff, the gate was opened.”
