“Booked in September. Charged on my credit card. Never received booking confirmation or directions to car park. Left high and dry, no contact details, everywhere closed . Had to rebook through Flying Scot.”
“On returning to my car and following the instructions I inserted the issued ticket and I was asked to pay £235 for 4 days parking ??
I tried several times and the same thing happened.
I only managed to exit the car park after speaking to security.
I will not be using this again and would recommend everyone to NOT use it because it does not work”

“No for the first time, the barrier would not lift using my ticket, and the machine was asking for £580. When I called the office using the intercom, the reply was as usual surly and unapologetic.”
“I'm extremely disappointed. When I pulled into the car park, the barrier wouldn't open, so I had to print out a ticket to park and catch my flight. When I returned to the car park, I discovered I had to pay £100 upon exiting. There's no contact information available through the app to make a complaint. The booking confirmation also lacks a phone number or email address. The customer is left helpless and forced to incur additional costs. I paid for the reservation, but I still had to pay an additional £100 because I wouldn't have been able to leave the car park. I'm disappointed and devastated. I don't recommend this airport car park. I'll never book it again. I'll use a different one next time and advise others to do the same.”
“Plane Parking used to be good - unfortunately it has gone downhill - main problem is the frequency of bus service which on Wednesday afternoon was very poor with some people waiting over 30 minutes - I will think carefully about using the service again.
To cap it all - there was a large mound of what looked like dog dirt near my car and unfortunately I trod in it - a truly disgusting experience..”
“Very disappointed, tried to message you but it failed, I was delayed by 13 hours due to a cyber attack/ fuel fumes in the plane cabin, depending who you believe. So after a 13 hour delay, arriving at midnight at Edinburgh Airport only to then be charged £45 to get my car out. I can’t believe you charged me £45 for a delay , not my fault.
I will be sure to pad this information on to others who intend to use this service.
This really has left a dreadful taste of your customer service/ experience, a nice touch at midnight.

“I had to pick up a cousin who whilst not fully disabled, could only walk a short distance. I used the web site and found the different car parks confusing and had to pay £30 for 90 minutes parking. Absolutely extortionate.”
“When booking this it doesn’t confirm an address to where the car park is, it is not easy to find.
On the way out, it also told me I owed £226? Eventually I got it.”
