Staff on the buses need a better attitude. So rude and unhelpful, especially on our return.

I pre-booked and paid prior to arrival, however I can only assume that the numberplate scanner didn't register as I was then asked to pay (a LOT more than my pre-booking) on exit. Thankfully relatively quickly resolved at the exit over the intercom but an extra element of stress. The location and bus services were great, but I'm a little anxious about my next booking now.

Used this several times without issue, but this time was a pain in the butt, paid the price I was asked when I booked, on my return I arrived earlier than the time I said on my return, could not get out and at the barrier, I was asked to an extra £7 on top of the amount I had already paid, not happy 😡 it's not about the £7 it's the principle

It’s always problematic exiting plane parking and exiting airport last barrier. Always problems. Fix it so it is smooth leave.

I booked the parking about 10 days ahead. The barrier at the entrance stayed down, I thought it would recognise the reg no I had provided. We took a ticket and it opened up. We found a space suitable for a wheelchair user (roof box for wheelchair with mechanism to load and off load wheelchair. The bus came within minutes at both ends of the journey and both drivers were attentive and courteous, putting a ramp down for the wheelchair. Again we were lucky as there were no vehicles either side of us upon our return so that was easy for the wheelchair user/driver to access the car. At the exit we used the parking card that we’d been given upon arrival. It said that we had over stayed and were due £120, I was able to contact Plane parking by pressing the button on exit and the problem was rectified. Barrier went up and we left without paying any additional charge. Phew!

Parking and transfer to airport terminal was fine and went well. On return the wait at the pick up point was excessive (approximately 20 minutes) in the pouring rain. When the bus did arrive it had no dedicated luggage racks and we had to take our baggage to where we were seated. Not easy with suitcase and golf clubs and certainly inconvenient to all passengers.

On the outwards journey the services was perfect. When we returned to the car park all was fine until we went to leave the car park when we inserted the parking ticket to lift the barrier the screen showed tht £180 was owed. We had pre booked the parking so pressed the help button and after the operator checked our details we were advised that this was an error and they waived the charges. This should not happen with pre bookings -lucky we managed to get an operator as it was around 1am.

The machine to pay for charging my car wasn’t working and I had to get help from another driver to download app. Very limited charging spaces left

Parking itself was okay however my wife is disabled and meant l had booked long stay which is too far away from the airport resulting in a two pound charge for a trolley and a further £6 to drop my wife off close to terminal this was repeated on exit so a additional £16 to go no where not great this seems to penalise disabled visitors

Hi, I was happy with the service but I was overcharged £25 when I arrived on the 26t of October which was the day the clock changed and the system hadn't been updated and so it thought I had arrived an hour earlier.. Not great and I wasn't sure how to claim back that money.

I made a genuine mistake that I put 1am on the day we were coming back and forgot to put the next day so had to pay an extra £45!! This is extortionate extra money making on plane parking, I am sure they could tell from the exact time we came home to the fact I put the wrong date…. My warning to others be careful or they will rob you of even more money on an expensive car park as it is

On return from our holiday on the 14th of October. We saw the bus at the stand at the airport, we where around 30 yards away and the only people heading towards the bus at the stand and would say that the driver must have seen us heading to the stand and could have waited an extra couple of minutes for us to get aboard the bus. But he drove off and we had to wait until the next bus.

Almost half an hour on bus back after an already delayed flight because of a barrier breakdown at the airport. Not a fault of yours but made my departure slot late by 5 minutes and I was worried I'd be charged for another day.

When exiting put my ticket in and it said I owed £180 .I buzzed for sometime will a large queue of impatient drivers behind . I had already paid so quite embarrassing. Eventually someone answered and lifted the barrier for me

Easy booking and painless parking on entry, however on return the ticket reader said i owed £244 and refused to open , intercom didn't work on 1st barrier and shuttle bus was stopped behind me so I had to get out and actually knock on the driver window to ask him to reverse so I could get out of the way. 2nd barrier intercom worked and after giving a few details managed to exit. Not what I needed after delays at 5am .

We found it difficult to find a parking space at the car park. There are only 2 bus stops within the car park. As a result you could have a bit of a walk from your car to the nearest bus pick up point . On a rainy day this would not be ideal especially if carrying luggage. The drop of point at the airport is a bit of a walk and would not be suitable for anyone with mobility problems. On the plus side the cost is very reasonable.

Price reasonable but it is too far away. Yes the buses are regular but if you’re delayed getting to airport the drive to parking is too far

Used fast park recently I got my days mixed up when I was coming back by a day . Cost me £114.99 for 11 nights I should have booked 12 nights genuine mistake cost me an extra £25 for one night. Then had to pay £7 to get out of the barrier.
