The parking was fine until our return when we put our ticket in the machine to return home it wouldn't accept it after a long day of travel you don't really want hassle on the way out

Nice parking well organized Quick access to the airport Reason for 3 stars is only because it would be easier if there was a postcode for you find it pretty easy if your a frequent traveler other people will struggle sometimes to find it also the disabled parking should be closer to the exit gate to the airport part from that great service

Great place to park the car and easy bus shuttle, although cars are parked on type1 mot gravel from a tarmac road a wee bit of maintenance and tidying up could be done to make it easier to wheel you're case to bus stop as stones are all over tarmac it's quite hard to do when pushing a few cases with a family

When I booked with use it said I was just a 4 min walk to the airport not a bus , that was the only problem I had with it

Crazy mix up with booking.Paid online so barrier should have lifted when parking.Nothing happened.Took ticket and it indicated we would have to pay on exit.Phoned Customer Service at Edinburgh Airport and check made.Assurances everything was ok.Two weeks later at 2.30am barrier refused to lift.Pressed button for help.Eventually booking was found and barrier lifted. Not a particularly efficient system this time round

The hand-over is easy and quick and finding the car keys and vehicle on return also straightforward. But getting past the airport barrier is not. Where exactly is the barcode you use to raise the barrier and how are you supposed to know that? I had to phone for help after seven hours in trains and planes which is not exactly a “Welcome to Scotland” especially at midnight.

Return journey bus overloaded no health safety driver wanted more on bus no duty of care for customers I am 77 sitting on my case to make space surely you must adhere to bus regulations also I do not know what would have happened if there was a emergency could not move in bus

Reasonable price for parking and plenty of room. Booked and paid in advance but ticket machine asked for £180 on exit. Contacted via call button and sorted out quickly, but shouldn't have happened. Could have been more of an issue if there had been a queue to get out.

Driver who picked us up was quite rude. We were a short distance from the official stop when the bus came along. The driver made angry signs to walk down to the stop. Travelling with a disabled child 🙄

Getting in to the terminal parking was easy and well signposted. However it was a nightmare finding a space to park. I went round 5 times to find a space - but no joy. Luckily on my 6th drive up and down I saw a couple walking into the car park so asked if they were going - which they were so followed them to their car and got their space. Don't think I would book again to park in terminal parking as just too stressful and I was beginning to wonder why I had prepaid when there were not enough spaces for everyone. I arrived at the parking at 12.10 with no luggage and spent 15-20 mins looking for a space which meant I was rushing to get through for my 13.40 flight. Wouldn't recommend this parking( in fact already I have told friends not to risk it)

* Very difficult to find a large enough space for our long wheelbase Transporter Shuttle at 5.00am. We drove around for at least 20 minutes until we found one. * Long Stay Parkking was a bad choice with our disabled son.

Easy to find, plenty of shuttle buses to airport and fairly priced Apart from them trying to charge an extra £150 to exit the carpark well within our paid for time (eventually managed to speak to someone via assistance button who let us out!

Very few spaces on arrival at the carpark. Some cars had basically been abandoned due to the lack of spaces. On exit the ticket didn’t let me exit and the machine was asking for £286. Thankfully the intercom guy sorted it quickly. Long walk to the terminal from where we eventually got a space.

Everything was going fine until we left and had a £6 ticket to pay for. I don't know why as I had paid and given all information. A bit disappointing

Unfortunately no late pick up service and now family has flu after having to walk in freezing cold to car park. Not best way to land in Britain. Oh yeah and car had actual stones on bonnet,!!

I normally use Plane Parking at Edinburgh airport and have no problems, however on my last two visits there have been which can be worrying. My last visit, when exiting the car park I was informed that I had a £100 fine.....not good when you have actually paid for the time you were there. It was eventually sorted however I now spend time checking my bank and CC app to see if anything has been taken.

The parking was in a good area the instrument controls had been tampered with so had to be reset.

Once again, at the barrier, I was asked to pay (£120) despite having already pre-paid. After contacting the barrier operator, I was eventually let out—without any apology. I expect an apology from anyone attempting to charge me twice, whether it’s at a bakery or a car park.

Could not get back out.You wanted another £244 . Your man in the office sorted it. How did that happen after I had prepaid. Otherwise good pickup and return service at 1am
