waited half an hour for a bus when we came home to take us back to the car park still none turned up ended up having to walk. I was only glad that I didn't have any of my young children with me,

Finding the entrance to the parking area is difficult and it is all too easy to miss it, necessitating onward travel through the drop off area and enlisting help from an attendant. Also on exiting, drivers must have their parking ticket at the ready before joining the departure queue. Many distraught drivers were desperately searching for their tickets while.holding up other drivers. Next time we'll use one of the Pasrtk & Ride sites (cost less than half) and take the short shuttle trip, dropping off opposite check-in instead of a long walk with cases from a remote parking space. NOT WORTH THE FEE

Booked the terminal (short-stay) parking as was travelling with 2 kids (toddler & baby) & all the baggage that that entails. Upon getting to the entrance was directed into zones R/S as other car park was "full". Found a space right at the back of zone S - a good 5-10 min walk to the terminal with the kids. En-route passed several free spaces through all other zones - not just a handful but in total - probably close to 50-60 so obviously hadn't just emptied in a few mins. I found this very disappointing/annoying - this should be more closely monitored!!

I put in the satnav details, plus I also carefully looked at the video, it was difficult to find the correct entrance, but most of all there was no acknowledgment (as I prepaid) that I was in the correct area like other car parking areas do

I booked my parking a few days before my trip and paid for it. When I arrived at the plane parking barrier it stated car park full. There were 4 other cars in the same situation. We were directed to the long stay parking and were still able to use our tickets. This caused us a delay and was very stressful as we were trying to catch our flights. The issue cause about a 30 minute delay for us meaning we were rushed once in the airport. I do not understand why we were able to book parking if it was going to be full!

We arrived a bit late & tired. When I went to your small office I was given the key fob for the car. I was given a small air freshner and the key fob to the car but I was not given a ticket to put in the exit barrier & told of the parking apace number. I only did note that no exit ticket was handed to me. That was only noted when I was stranded at the exit barrier the operator asked for the booking ref number so I had to find it in my hand luggage then the operators computer froze and he got it after few attempts & was kind enough to let me out after verifying. It was very very annoying & inconvenient as it was approaching midnight & we were so exhausted. So it was the most unexpected delay and experience I ever had. I am worried as I used Plane Parking many times before & it was satisfactory then but this time was very very different.

twice I have used Plane Parking and on both occasions, iv put my ticket in machine on departure, only to be told I owe 285 pounds!! iv then had to press intercom while looking for my paper work, I was then told computer hadn't booked me in on arrival both times, will go back to using cheaper car parks and using little bus to get to terminal

First of all car was safe and pickup was easy. BUT should have been much easier to start with, you don't actually park in the plane parking area which is because we had booked through a 2nd party ?? An employee says it happens all the time so please make the signage match your booking. Finally pleased with the price and how close to the airport

Was directed to car park over the phone n there was no office in the car park so parked up n went on holiday! Came back n struggled to find car turns out I was directed to long stay instead of express! Car is scratched in various places n was told there was no cameras in that area x

Would not be using Plane parking again as this is the second time I've had issues. 1st time upon leaving asked for a payment when I had already paid, I believe that some people could be caught out by this, long journey and very tired and may not have the booking ref to hand. 2nd time arrived at car park to find it full so had to move to another one and again on leaving the parking was asked for a payment. Very tired and had to deal with the issue instead of just driving away.

The parking was fine but we arrived at 04.45 and we waited for the bus it did not turn up we waited for 45 minutes then we had to walk all the way to the airport or we would have missed our check in total unacceptable .

When we arrived at the car park we found that the car park was full and had to go to the long stay car park. Everything worked out in the end but I thought if you book the car park and pay for it then there would be a space for your car.

Ticket machine did not recognise car registration and/or pre-booking and demanded payment of £50.00 for exit. Delay whilst operator located booking and queue formed behind.

Drove up number plate not recognised although I had received a txt reminding me of the booking not 10 mins before we arrived. ON RETURN THE TICKET MACHINE TRIED TO CHARGE US £280.00 although this was sorted out by having my reservation number. Please remember to carry this with you just in case

Not the cheapest but Edinburgh airport parking must be the most expensive in the EU. Always wondered what would happen if car park is full when I arrive for my pre booked parking and guess what ? It was full. So what’s the point in pre booking ?

Our plane was delayed and I had the wrong date by a few hours and was charged an extra £50.00 I had already paid £58.99. In the early hours on the morning you are very tired and I feel they take full advantage of this. An extra £15/£20 maybe but this seems excessive !!!!!

Unfortunately I had to drive round and round the small car park to find the last space and parked behind a large truck hence struggled to get my case out of the boot as I didn't want to leave my car protruding too far. The gates to the long stay park were all closed. On my return I slotted in my ticket and was stressed out by a request for £60! On contacting someone via the button he did allow me through but no apology. Not the best experience I have had parking at this airport.

Waited for over 30mins for bus from airport to car park then 42mins to get out of said car park there should be some form of control available at busy times
