Quite a walk in the pouring rain to find a bus stop where buses actually stopped and were not just payment shelters. We waited in bus stop 5 before eventually noticed a small sign saying this is not a pick up bus stop, with the nearest being a good bit away. On our return although machine had recognised our car on entry showed an £80 payment outstanding which had been prepaid. We were obviously not alone in having problems as the car in front of us were took a while to get through the barrier. Not a good experience on a wet night after a long journey.

Have had problems on my last two visits, when trying to leave the park my ticket been refused and said there was an outstanding balance of £170, My booking was done online, This matter needs looking into as for a 64 year old woman on her on at that time off night (midnight), this can be very upsetting, my arrival was not a problem, but the exit was quite upsetting.

Hard to find the way to go to parking ! The post code is for all the area , so is not easy ! Plus , no one persons is there to give you advice and dirijate you to Corect way !!! I was stress and nearly to lose my flight because I get lost 20 minutes 😴😴

On return to car park went to the ticket machine, placed ticket in machine which processed the ticket and gave it back to me. Went to the barrier. Barrier wouldn't lift and message read "please try again" which I did various times but to no avail. Pressed the button for help, man on duty could find no record of my booking and advised to return to pay point and pay again. Returned to pay point (in another car park), placed ticket in machine, which said "no payment required ". Returned to barrier - low and behold the barrier raised on off I went to complete my journey. Very stressful at the time, lucky I was travelling with a friend as wouldn't like to be by myself at midnight in a dark car park. Not a happy customer.

Had trouble finding our car due to lack of lights on signs. Didn’t know where to get off bus for returning to car. Booked and paid on line when inserting our ticket told we were due £65.00 had to call for assistance, needed ref numbers and the info was in suitcase in boot. Could have done without that hassle. The meter seems incompatible with online sales. Hopefully rectified before we use the service again.

because off the weather we were unable toi take up our parking that had already been booked .we were unable to inform you off our situation as we could not get throughto you .we asked if we could get a voucher to be used next time as we use your parking facilities a lot .there was no reply from you yours sincerely albert thonson.

For the second time for some reason when we inserted our ticket on our return, the machine indicated we were due £60, although we had already paid a much smaller amount in advance. We had to wait for assistance to get out the car park. Not great when getting off a delayed flight.

Parking was booked and prepaid online. Typical of many online booking platforms, this is where the service ended. At the time of booking, many flights were being cancelled due to bad weather, a message appeared on the website stating that parking payments would be refunded if affected. No sooner had I booked and paid and my flight was cancelled. I emailed plane parking and asked for a refund of the lost day, still waiting on a response. On arrival at the car park, there was no bus service to the terminal. A sign indicated to walk to the neighbouring car park for their bus, on return we were dropped in the next door car park and had to walk. When I reached the exit barrier, the machine indicated an overdue payment of £140, for what? Now had to wait on the call centre confirming we had paid before being allowed to leave the car park, and the operator totally ignored my comment regarding the non response to my request for refund of the lost day. Service with a smile, no. Functional, yes. True to their word, not yet, as in two weeks later and still waiting.

Always use Plane Parking,usually with no problems whatsoever,however on return yesterday,after inserting card at exit barrier was asked for £330.00 odds despite pre payment. Quickly sorted via intercom.

No problem with the parking but the return driver did not lay us of at our stop number and we had to track all the way across the car park in torrential rain We were not impressed The driver was more interested in chatting up some passengers

Barrier didnt go up when I'd taken my ticket, had to contact assistant, reverse and take another ticket. On leaving barrier didn't go up on exiting, had to contact assistant with booking reference number.

Made a mistake in my booking, put in 10am instead of 10pm. My mistake Paid £37 for 10 days parking and £20 for the extra 12 hours! Will use someone else next time

Due to the bad weather our flight from Gatwick was delayed by 36 hours. On returning to the plane parking in Edinburgh we had to pay an extra £35 to get out of the car park. I emailed the company to ask if they thought this was a fair way to treat customers but did not even get the courtesy of a reply

In the middle of all the extreme snow problems, we were stressed and facing being stranded in Spain but were actually lucky enough to get a return flight back from Malaga, albeit 3 hours behind schedule. After freeing our car from the snow in the car park, the barrier would not lift, as apparently the delay meant we had incurred £5 extra charges. This meant we had to reverse from the barrier and find a pay-station to pay the additional £5 charge to Allow us to exit the car park. What would have happened if out flight was cancelled and rescheduled for another day? I would dread to think of the additional charges

taken too long to find a space, after return to Edinburgh airport from Madrid got the car picked up my family, on going to the barrier was asked to pay £4 extra and would have paid it but called through and was asked for our booking ref, the guy on the intercom was not very pleasant after giving the ref was allowed to go through the barrier, what happened to once getting to the barrier the registration would be recognised and the barrier would lift.

At the end of our trip when collecting our vehicle I was charged an additional £60 at the ticket machine? Having already prepaid when booking the parking I was very disappointed to be incurring further cost. I have been assured that the money will be refunded but the experience has left a very sour taste.
