Arrival and pick up to terminal ran smoothly, bus driver was very courteous. On return, the bus driver crammed the bus so full, you couldn't breathe. He kept telling everyone to move back, and if they didn't the bus was going nowhere! But there was no room to move!! His tone had a lot to be desired. We had to ask people to step off the bus, so as we could retrieve our luggage. Needless to say, a lot of passengers were none too happy. We, personally think this needs to be addressed....

as usual when I came to exit the barrier and enter my ticket it said that I SHOULD PAY £94.00. Having already pre paid I always find this very frustrating please can you get this resolved ?

When leaving the car park, I was advised I needed to pay £60 because I was not leaving at the time stated on the booking, I was not advised during the booking that the time was relevant. I had put down 7am instead of 7pm. The attendant let us out without charge. Which was great. But if the time is so critical then perhaps this should be made clearer on the website booking form. I'm booked to use the same car park next week and during that booking it wasn't made clear there would be a penalty for not leaving at the stated time. I tried different times with this booking and they all had the same price for parking? So why is there a penalty? The booking system even asks for flight details so is well aware of arrival and departure times. I've always used plane parking at Edinburgh and will continue to use it. But I feel these penalties should be much clearer during the booking process. Regards

A disappointing end to an otherwise good experience. Return flight was a bit late and they charged £12.50 extra before letting me out of the car park. This seems to contradict their Ts&Cs which say they charge in units of 24hrs for pre-booked parking [see para 6.4 of their Ts&Cs]; so I struggle to see why the extra charge. I tried to discuss it by telephone but just got an argument. Used their 'feedback' tab to register a complaint but haven't had a reply either. So car parking and bus to terminal fine; but their unfair penalty charges aren't clearly explained, contradict their own Ts&Cs and they don't have an effective way of dealing with complaints.

Apart from the car park being like a sheet of ice on our arrival, I know there is not much anybody can do about weather conditions, however, I would have thought some grit would have been put down but my main issue is that this is the third time we have been stopped at the exit barrier asking for payment when the booking had been paid in full online. Surly this kind of problem can be rectified so this doesn’t happen ever time.

last year paid £44 for long stay car park 7 days then 2 minutes bus ride to terminal , but because of winter cold paid £55 for plane parking 7 days as they said 2 minutes WALK to terminal could see terminal but no way had to take bus 2 minutes from terminal , to me it was the same car park as last year

The airport had closed off the valet lane due to road works but the diversion signs where very poor and when we arrived at 4.00am couldn't see any also we had priority security which didn't open untill 6.00am so waist of time offering it. You should had advised your customers about any diversions.

i made mistake in my booking of plane parking and it cost me another £30.45 when i arrived back last night, i choose 9 am instead of 9 pm as the exit time, i felt this was very steep for making this mistake. Equally i noticed when i was booking online i had to enter my departure flight which was superb however it never asked for my return flight information as other parking providers do. If this facility was implemented i wouldn't have suffered as great a cost , i dont mind paying bit it tools the edge off the whole situation for me.

When we arrived at the long stay car park,which we had booked and paid for well in advance, we could not get a space as the car park was full. surely if you are taking bookings in advance there should be a space available. There was cars that had been left all over that were not even in a space. Thankfully as we were going round and round someone came and collected their car and we got their space which was just good timing, i dont know what we would of done otherwise. shocking

Easy to book but not so easy to find a parking space. 2 Laps of the carpark and had to bump up a kerb and park on a pavement. Clearly overbooked

Each time we use the plane parking site, the system does not recognise the car number and time is waisted at the barrier correcting the error

Have used you guys before but it’s juat a pity the bus can’t enter the car park. We had a long walk in the rain with 3 kids and bags at 1.30am. Yes you guys were £5 cheaper for a week but it’s not worth the hassle sorry

No bus pick up in this car park but to walk through the other long stay car park, not good in typical scottish weather, as the car park was very busy therfore parked some distance to the closest bus stop in the other car park. I use Edinburgh airport alot and I will pay the extra couple of pounds next time to use the long stay car park or ncp at least you are a short walk to a bus stop.. What is really funny you have what look like bus stops within your own car park

I am a regular user of Edinburgh Airport. I have used Plane Parking on 5 occasions in he past 18 months or so. On four of these occasions after placing my ticket in the machine at the barrier I was advised that I owed a sum of several hundred pounds and had to use the intercom to try to sort out the position. The last occasion was on 13 October where the booking reference was 3494940. Not only was I delayed but three cars behind me were also delayed. My next booking is for December (booking No. 3494947). Can I hope for a trouble free exit?

This is the third time in a row I have pre-booked parking, got to the barrier when leaving and been asked to pay again. Totally unacceptable level of service. Disappointing, as the location and bus service is very good.

Booked on line. no info on website about procedure at barrier, also no tel. contact no. when I googled the no. I got under PP it was for purple parking heathrow, had to wait in Q to find this out. I used PP a while ago , when the barrier lifted automatically on arrival & departure, using no. plate recognition.no problem. this time I contacted assistance to be told I had to take a ticket. I was told by another traveller that bus did not cover this section. Walked to stop 4 other side of fence. On return, I had no idea if I put ticket in machine, barrier or both. when I put it in machine, it said I owed £30 odd. contacted assistance who said try ticket at barrier, did this & got same message. contacted assistance again & they sorted it,with nothing to pay. What a hassle compared to last time

The coach transfer does not pick you up within parking a hirea. So, when arrive back it is a long walk back to your vehicle.

Disappointed to find car park full and having to be redirected to another long stay . This meant extra time and fuss. Reasonably priced but wondered why pre booked parking should be full!
