“Second time using this facility and would recommend highly. Procedure very simple with very curteous staff. Easy access to airport terminal and simple procedure to recover car at end of holiday. Thanks again.”

“Parking was fine but only one entry barrier as the other had no tickets. The ticket had hardly any ink so the bar code was poor. On my exit I was asked for £180. Fortunately you can contact someone who checked my details and opened the barrier. It would be easier to install number plate recognition. Apart from the above issues it was fine.”

“the parking area is easy to find and there is a good bus service to and from the airport. We had a problem with our ticket on the way out and machine indicated a £300 charge! This was very quickly sorted by the staff member we spoke to thank you:)”

“Go Uncharted Horizons use plane parking as the price is usually competitive and hassle free. It also has a regular shuttle bus running every 20 mins to the terminal. Perfect”

“From car park was reasonably good. Returning we had to wait 25 mins for the bus then problems getting out. When I put in my ticket the screen said I owed £180. The gentleman on the buzzer did sort it out but not what you're needing at 2am after a long flight.”

“When I arrived at the parking my registration did not register them when I got picked up we stood waiting at the bus stop for 30 minutes at 2 am in morning exhausted from a flight would never use the parking service again.”

“This is the second time I have booked with plane parking when flying out of Edinburgh Airport. Easy booking process that has been seamless from arrival to departure of the car park. The car park is easy to locate and the bus pick up and drop off service is excellent. I also find that the price point is very good value for money and I feel that my car is left in a safe location.”

Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes. I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

“The car park exit barrier didn't work. The shuttle bus driver slammed the brakes on at my stop and sent me and my case down the bus I was very lucky I was not hurt.”
