Not the cheapest but Edinburgh airport parking must be the most expensive in the EU. Always wondered what would happen if car park is full when I arrive for my pre booked parking and guess what ? It was full. So what’s the point in pre booking ?

Our plane was delayed and I had the wrong date by a few hours and was charged an extra £50.00 I had already paid £58.99. In the early hours on the morning you are very tired and I feel they take full advantage of this. An extra £15/£20 maybe but this seems excessive !!!!!

Unfortunately I had to drive round and round the small car park to find the last space and parked behind a large truck hence struggled to get my case out of the boot as I didn't want to leave my car protruding too far. The gates to the long stay park were all closed. On my return I slotted in my ticket and was stressed out by a request for £60! On contacting someone via the button he did allow me through but no apology. Not the best experience I have had parking at this airport.

Waited for over 30mins for bus from airport to car park then 42mins to get out of said car park there should be some form of control available at busy times

Very confusing when we returned to locate our car as it had been moved to another part of the long term car park with no details to us. Through trial and error and dragging cases ( I am 80) asking staff we eventually were directed to car. Since we had been travelling for hours to get to carpark this was something we could have done without.

No space in carpark even though booked online!! Thankfully was allowed to park in the NCP long stay. Get it sorted and take care of your pre booked customers!! First and last time I'll use this car park.

Held up by 30 mins on runway and had to pay an extra 9.80 to get out carpark as was late! On top of the £44 already for 4 days think this was excessive. Booked again next week for another 4 days - wish I wasn’t!!

Tried to get out of Edinburgh airport and was prompted to pay £110! The teller said that my travel agent booked me into the long stay so i was in the wrong car park. Erm, no I wasn't, I had my headed paper plane parking receipt and reference number and I booked it myself. He insisted i was even after giving him my reference number. Eventually he let me through but don't need the hassle after a long journey

When we arrived at the 'express' long stay car park there were nose to tail cars over a number of lanes, mostly with no drivers and so clearly left by customers and not moved on yet. Nobody directed us as to where to go, nobody approached us and a number of staff were all dealing with just one vehicle. There was certainly no express factor and no offer of help or guidance. We squeezed ourselves into one space and had to go ask if this was ok. On arrival back we got the keys quickly and the car was parked close by, however, everything in the car had been adjusted..seat, mirrors, radio, lights settings, fans etc. Some of these should not have been adjusted just to park the car within the same car park. Why take my lights off the automatic setting for example? All in all, the bus was frequent and easy to access, we got the keys and car back quickly but dropping off was slow and disorganised with no guidance offered and i don't feel that everything in a car should be adjusted just to let someone park it in a space.

There were no spaces in the car park, we had to use the long stay. Thankfully the long stay staff allowed this.

Long Stay Express new for 2018 - is anything but express! A total shambles at checkin. Staff doing a stoic job but completely overwhelmed by demand. Badly let down by management not having properly anticipated demand. Still crazy a week later on our return with management still not having a grip of the problems

It is not clear on your booking details that you have a car park and are also a BOOKING AGENT for long stay parking. I drove to the plane parking car park only to be told to go to the long stay EDI airport parking car park despite having a plane parking booking ref and booked through you. This was not my experience when I first used your services a couple of years back, it was much easier.

Arrived in plenty of time for flight and found that Plane Parking was full despite having booked months before! Whilst they did "upgrade me" to parking much closer to the terminal, due to traffic congestion and the fact that the alternative parking area was almost full (we had to drive round the parking multiple times till a space became available) it make the whole experiance an unnecessarily stressful.

Severe lack of spaces upon arrival-people were parking anywhere on yellow lines and kerbs. It was chaotic due to rows of spaces blocked off for work being done. We eventually found a space after about 20 mins but others were much longer. Not acceptable!

Most of the car park has been cordoned off so only about a quarter of the original car park is available. I really struggled to get a decent space to park my SUV. Disapointed

All was perfect until an emergency incident happened with the tram and bus. On arriving at the bus stance in the wind and rain there was no bus service to the car park. Walking with no obvious route to the car park leaves you guessing the route in the dark. An alternative bus route should be in place incase of emergencies like this. After picking up my car and getting the convoy away from he airport I got a bit lost as at the junction at the end of the convoy route and went the wrong way. A couple of simple diversion signs in the right location would have been an obvious part of a diversion,

Overpriced! Poor use and utilisation of available parking with and lots of empty spaces in more expensive zones! You've gotten this wrong Edinburgh Airport and are not customer focussed!

arrived as instructed only to find that car park is full, looked for an other entry no good, went back to original entry point, called for help told I was in wrong car park to go to another one nearer airport. at 3.30am in pouring rain you just go with the flow. worried all holiday if I was in wrong car park, on returning I was told at barrier that i was due to pay £114 plus, called for help, by giving ref nos they let me out. NOT GOOD MUCH STRESS

Plane parking - nothing plane about the price. Rip off prices every time I use them. Also their number plate recognition system only works some of the time. When it doesn't you have to call to get out. The response is slow and begrudging, while the queue builds up behind you. On this occasion the car park was closed, I have to use an even more expensive car park close to the terminal. The car parks are good, well lit and manned 24/7. But they also cost more than your flight will.

We were not told until we found the gate barred, that the Plane Park was closed for repairs and that we would be relocated to the Long Stay park next door. On entering the Long Stay, there were no places to be had and we joined other cars circulating, looking for a newly vacated spot. Cars were double-parked, parked on corners and on access roads. More than 1 hour passed before I managed to squeeze into a place, which caused me to worry all through the holiday, that my paintwork might be damaged by the other cars, when they left. If we hadn't arrived early, we might have missed our flight. Not good enough.
