Negatives: Parking was much further than I thought and than was indicated in the email. The ticket showed we had to pay £140 on exit despite prepaying the parking fee of £25. Positives: Ticket issue sorted fairly quickly on pressing the intercom. Bus came frequently.

Overall a reasonable experience, soured by the fact that someone had clearly collided with my car while I was abroad. Not sure if I should blame tight spaces or human stupidity.

The transfer bus did arrive within 10min but it then took a further 40min for the bus to leave the carpark. I even spoke with the bus driver to ask if we could leave the carpark and was given a grumpy response. I was catching a domestic flight and just made it in time to the departure gate. Will try a different parking company for my next flight.

Very disappointed at the poor information provided online after booking.I was not told that there is a barrier on entry and you had to take a ticket. Then once parked there were no signs to say where the bus add-on it was dark and I happened to see some lights in a shelter and as there were other people there I assumed that that was where the bus pick up w as.There was no-one to ask. Then when I returned the machine would not accept my ticket and it showed up as £120 to pay.I had to th en change lanes to get someone to help me as the sign was up saying no-one was available in the help buttonFinally the girl in the help button opene d the barrier.I would not use this parking again as I prefer to have someone there to book me in like all the other car parks I have used

Could do with some help from driver at times. Also at the barrier on the way out they said I had not paid this also happened to my son two months before a bit strange I think . You could do with more light so you could see the intercom button

Not very well signposted .we spent over an hour trying to find it at 4 in the morning and nobody was about to help us .When we eventually found it only waited a few minutes for bus which was very good

The parking was good value and buses from car park frequent and efficient. Unfortunately the directions and signage are not clear enough. Travelling at 5 am looking for plane parking signage there were two earlier plane parking car parks that I could not enter and had to stop and ask someone. Unnecessarily stressful.

Number plate wouldn’t read. Perhaps due to the driving rain. Waited 10-15 minutes for a response from staff on intercom. Similar problem for others. Communication from company with regards confirmation of parking, where parking is and procedure for arriving and departing car park is extremely poor. Price for the facility is excellent, if the procedure was simpler and communication was better I would suggest the service to anyone.

Although technically within the bounds of Edinburgh airport, other independent sites are closer to the terminal. Only two bus-stops mean fair walk to/from your car and if in rainy weather like Sunday 8/12/19 when we returned from somewhere in the Medierranean, you will need to pack wet-suits too.

I have used Plane Parking several times in the past and been very pleased with the facility and service. The new larger car park and direct bus service promised to be even better. However, this trip, when it came to leaving the car park, my pre-paid booking wasn’t recognised when leaving. I had to go back to the pay point at one of the bus stops and call up the parking office. They did however, find my booking and modify my ticket, so I could leave the car park without further payment. Fortunately I was the only person leaving the car park at this time. Otherwise, the inconvenience could have been more significant and affected more people.

The car park is now much further out than before and on arrival back at the airport we waited nearly an hour on the bus and were given conflicting information about what stand we should be at.

Arrival no problem as we had pre booked and been upgraded to the Long Stay and we received our ticket with our car registration on it, a different story on the way out when the barrier didn't go up and were asked to pay £194, it was resolved after a few minutes but still shouldn't have happened.

Badly signposted, ended up in wrong car park, had to pay £3 to get out, on returning from holiday bus dropped us off in wrong part of car park and had to walk across car park to get to office, not too good at 3 in the morning

I use plane parking 3/4 times a year but they changed the way you park this year, which I was unaware of so on my return it said I had to pay £194!! I pressed the bell and suggested there had been a mistake, I was confronted with rudeness and intimidation to park my car and come back to terminal even though I had already been delayed and been on a 5 hour flight and had kids to get home too, was expected to pay more money for an honest mistake. Eventually barrier was lifted. Never had a problem before but this left me feeling anxious and distressed and not sure I will use again in future.

flight home was 2 hours late, meaning I was about an hour late on my time leaving plane parking. I put my card in the exit machine and it asked me for an extra £101 , roughly 3 times what I had paid for the week. Sorted on the intercom but the gentleman was not friendly and offered no explanation as to why this ridiculous amount was asked for

Prices not much cheaper nowadays. Use to be a big difference when Plane parking started. Last minute parking in particular.

My car was not ready for my return. I had to collect it myself. I believe that it was supposed to be ready for me. I would have been cheaper parking and collecting it myself.
