Parking location and security was good. Website needs much improvement. it was not clear if I turned up early it would still let me in and charge the difference, it was not clear and could not change my requirements as needed to be at airport earlier by an hour. Ended up spending another £15.00 to get another ticket for a hour earlier and could not cancel first ticket. In one sentence it said I can cancel and in another it said i couldn't. The support phone number went to an answering machine and since at parking for 5am next day could not phone before use.

Have used before on leaving was told I was in the wrong car park sign clearly said plane parking will think twice about using you again

When I returned on the prebooked return date at the correct time with no delays,I was horrified when I put my ticket in and it displayed I owed £77 in late charges. I pressed the speak button and after explaining and giving my name the gate was opened. As I booked using my card, I am now constantly checking my account to make sure this error is not debited

I have pre booked this twice this year.it should be a matter of putting the card in but came up that I was in debt both times needs sorted also bus slow to pick you back update

The parking is ok and the morning bus pick up was acceptable but very busy. The return pick up however was a complete shambles and a bad experience after a flight. At the pick up point there was a long queue and a long wait for the bus to arrive. When eventually a bus turned up two arrived at the same time but we were all herded on to the first bus making it over crowded and unsafe. People at the front were asked to move back as a result when we came to the stops people could not retrieve there suitcases before the very impatient driver closed the doors while people were getting off. This resulted with people getting of at the wrong stops and because the bus was overcrowded a lot of pushing and bargeing was involved. I have used your car park many times and have never experienced such as this. When two buses turned up at the same time after a long wait it would have been far better to have allowed the passenger's to use both buses.

When exiting car park I inserted pre paid ticked, machine didn't accept and requested payment of £60 on several occasions, this was a late evening flight not what a single lady needs. I managed to get assistance and a lady confirmed the barrier may not have been working properly when I entered in the morning and let me through. Annoyed as was on the verge of paying by credit card...…………..

Bus pick up at airport was a nightmare on return from vacation. Too many people versus not enough buses put on the service. In theory it should work but in practice many people are actually quicker walking from airport to car park which is a good 30 minute walk. Very poor show when busy. Will have to think again rather than use this service. Used many times in the past but, this was exceptionally poor service on Sunday 21st October 2018 around 4pm.

Car park is chaotic. We paid upfront and on arriving at the car park there were no spaces. Drove round and round for at least 20 mins. Only managed to get a space when someone left. Cars abandoned everywhere making it difficult to see at end of lanes and also difficult to get round corners etc. Can see why folk abandon though as if already paid for parking they don’t have much choice. Needs to be better organised. Caused stress before the flight and if the van hadn’t come out of the space we then got I’m not sure what we’d have done as was no areas left to abandon cars. Transfers to and from airport were good but I doubt I will use this car park again due to it clearly being overbooked and no organisation.

I was disappointed to be required to pay £20 extra for my parking when I got to the barrier to leave. Also when I tried to call for assistance there was no one to answer the call. Furthermore I had to retrace my steps to find a pay station since there was no option to pay at the barrier. I would be unlikely to use Plane Parking again

Booked long stay express. Arrival system worked well On collecting car service very poor. Had to wait 3o mins for car to arrive . Express ???

Everything was fine until we returned to collect our car.The express service was anything but!We waited 45 minutes for them to find our car,and we weren’t the only ones in that position.Was very disappointed as we had used the plane parking self park option several times with no problems and this was supposed to be the speedier option!

For the SECOND TIME, when departing at pre stated ticketed time the exit screen stated I was due £80 or so and the barrier did not rise.. this time the talking helpline did operate well. First time it did not. It’s time your company sorted this out.. As for the non existent fast lines and keys left with you, not in Edinburgh they’re not! Last time you found reason not to publish this type of less than glowing report and I expect no difference this time.

We arrived at the car park at our designated time but there were no available spaces so I had to get out and move metal railings and traffic cones from spaces which were covered to get in. I couldn’t see any parking attendants so couldn’t ask for help. There should be enough available spaces to fulfil all bookings. That being said the process was straight forward and the car park was safe and secure.

This is the second time this year we have used plane parking the first time was okay but on entering the car park everything was backed up que of cars down to your new express parking location being next to the bus stop who ever planned this set up hasn’t given much thought to it, or our return it was beyond believe we where a full 15 mins on the bus while your driver tried to squeeze on more passengers which resulted in a fight to get your cases off the bus whilst others where trying to get on this needs fixed ASAP or you will start losing customers. I booked well in advance to leave my car, leave my keys and have the park staff park the car. When arriving I was told that express service park was full. I had to park myself and take the keys with me. So, my booking was taken and confirmed, but was meaningless, as they had filled the express park, without thought for people who had already booked. Just not a truthful service.

When we arrived the barrier said 'closed' we were directed to the long stay which was completely full with drivers parking on yellow lines, we had to park in a restricted area, very poor service.

We were happy to be upgraded for free to the normal long stay car park. However, we arrived and there was literally no free spaces. Cars had been parked on the pavement and double yellow lines. If there's no space why issue a ticket or give free upgrades? We had to park ourselves on the curb/double yellow lines, worrying about whether we'd find the car on our return and in what condition we would find it. Not at all satisfied.

Parking OK but bus transfer infrequent and painfully slow, on the way back we just missed a bus and walked instead (which was quicker).

Car park was overbooked! I couldn’t find a single place to park despite the fact I had booked my parking a week ago online. This caused a big deal of stress to me and I had to park on the pavement eventually so that to not miss my flight!
