Very good location to the airport of where we got to park as re-assigned to long stay parking from plane parking site. Asked for clarification via facebook as email confirmation did not allow a reply to it and still waiting for a reply. As car initially booked in had broken down we changed the vehicle on line and took a photo of the change as didn't feel confident, especially as they don't send you a confirmation. When we left to go to the exit gate, we were faced with a bill of £350! Luckily we pressed the customer service number and spoke to a very helpful man who resolved it, and explained that when we changed the car it probably hadn't updated from Head Office to the Car Park. If they would just improve their confirmation system and communications, if I was ever brave enough to use them again, they would qualify for five stars, sadly on this occasion only worthy of one. Being faced with a bill like that causes a huge amount of stress!!

Thank you for your review. I can see that you booked into the Long Stay car park. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes. I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

A terrible experience. Carpark closed down. Not notified beforehand. Had to go to long stay. No bus transfer. Miles away from the terminal. No signs to the terminal - had to walk on the road with cars beeping me. Terrifying. Mobility problems. No contact telephone number for Plane parking. I want to complain and want a full refund

Thank you for your review. As advised in your booking confirmation, Plane Parking is currently non-operational during the winter season and that you have been upgraded to the long stay car park. As advised on the sign it states 'pre booked? you have been upgraded' and I can confirm the upgrade details are on your booking confirmation. nightmare! instructions on booking guide you to longstay car park but there are signs for plane parking when you get there which take you way beyond the longstay car park good luck finding out where you should be parking

I wasn’t happy with the service, very poorly sign posted and not great directions given. Nobody to ask for help either! was hugely annoyed at been charged a further £18 on exiting! felt mislead after already paying £41.

Having booked the parking space just 24 hours prior to departure I was shocked to find, upon arrival that the car park was closed and had just a sign declaring ‘you have been upgraded’ but with absolutely no information as to where to go instead. Having no time to spare before the intended flight, I parked in the terminal car park which should have incurred a cost of £165 for the five days I was away. We’re it not for the generosity of spirit if the gate attendant on the night of my departure (to whom I am very grateful) I would have had to pay this extortionate fee to exit the car park as I ought to have been in the ‘long stay’ car park. Had there been ANY information to this effect at the barricaded Plane Parking gate, I would have not made this error. Overall it worked out okay but was very stressful at the time. Information in the confirmation email would surely have been easy enough to include?

CAR PARK WAS CLOSED WAS TOLD TO GO TO ANOTHER PARK (LONG STAY) GOT THERE AND NO SHUTTLE TRANSPORT AVAILABLE I AM A PENSIONER AND HAD TO CARRY CASES HALF A MILE WHEN RETURNING ENTERED CARD AND WAS TOLD TO PAY £140 FOR 5 DAY STAY ALTHOUGH I HAD PREPAID THIS WAS CORRECTED AFTER CALL FOR HELP VERY STRESSFULL

Terrible communication We booked the car park 2 days prior to travelling On arrival we found the car park closed and not operating. There was no signage or message on the booking form to alert us. The directions on the booking form led us to the closed car park. We tried to park on a neighbouring car park when eventually a warden appeared in a vehicle and told us that plane was closed and we had to go to 'long term parking' . He said this was an 'upgrade' . We then drove to 'long term' to find it was full of people cruising to find a space & abandoning cars in no parking areas out of desperation. After a long time driving around, we were lucky to get a space,. By this time we were late and had to run to the airport. The company has all our contact details. This closure should have been communicated.

I'm sorry to say that I am very disappointed with Plane Parking. On arrival, the park was closed using the intercom we were told to make our way to the long stay car park. Again, no one was there. We parked, not knowing if this was OK or not. Again, there was no one on site on our return Saturday afternoon 11 Feb. Considering your site is being sold as secure parking. I am very disappointed as i was charged an extra full day as our flight was brought forward.

Directions to parking took me to a gate that was chained up. Tried web chat. No resolution. Had to parking in long stay carpark. Go to customer services for them to tell me it's closed for winter. Horrendous service

Despite having paid for my parking in advance, I was asked to pay £140 at the barrier and with no button to press to contact a member of your staff was forced to pay this. I have emailed you about this but have not had a reply. My wife had a similar experience 10 days earlier and was forced to pay £155 to exit the car park. She has emailed your staff and spoken to them but has still not been reimbursed. You owe us a big apology and £295

Didn't realise I'd been changed to terminal parking so turned up and didn't get in checked my email and found out i had to find my way to terminal parking.when i arrived carpark was mostly full so got a space on the outskirts so had a 10 min walk in the rain.on returning got to the exit barrier and it said I was due £155 to leave.had to call control who I could not hear and after 5 stressful minutes of trying to explain eventually got out.dont need this after travelling for 12 hrs so won't be booking again.

No postcode on our invoice when we got to barrier it said parking was full to go main terminal car park when we finally found it we didn't know which one pick then we got a parking receipt. We were worried all through our holiday if we were going to be charged when we went to get out barrier did not go up wasted time going and coming out although it was closer and walking distance to terminal which was good .

on arrival at Car park directional signs very poor. Information stated that my ticket would have my registration number and booking ref number this was not the case. Looked for an information kiosk which appeared to be non existant .On exiting Car park after our holiday needless to say the barrier did not open and demanded a fee of £375. Pressed the help button and eventually managed to exit the Carpark. By this time a large queue had formed behind me adding to a very stressful situation.

Hi I entered on rong gate I think because when I exit the parking lot I paid £220 it was very late and very dark I think I supposed to go on the second entry I don't know way is not the same system, maybe is any possible to have a refund thank you.
