Despite having paid for my parking in advance, I was asked to pay £140 at the barrier and with no button to press to contact a member of your staff was forced to pay this.
I have emailed you about this but have not had a reply.
My wife had a similar experience 10 days earlier and was forced to pay £155 to exit the car park. She has emailed your staff and spoken to them but has still not been reimbursed.
