the barrier couldn’t recognise me and ı paid extra £270. I objected thiis but no answer yet. previously as looking for the gate I had entered to pick up zone and paid 4£ also

This was a horrible experience. Plans changed...when I tried to cancel, the site told me they couldn't find my reservation. There was absolutely NO WAY to telephone anyone, and when I sent an email complaint (all before the reserved parking date, I received a reply from Edinburgh Airport that they were very busy...and would get back with me. So, due to poor website and/or lack of telephone or direct email to the confirmatory vendor.. No one responded and I paid for three days parking that I couldn't use...despite attempting to cancel in advance. Not a good experience.

Really poor set up. No idea where the Plane Parking site with the shuttle bus is. The airport website doesn't help. Booked long stay. No shuttle bus. The signs on arrival joyfully pointed left to 'SPACES'. Nope. No spaces that direction! Once parked, it's a magical mystery tour to find the pedestrian walkway and exit to the terminal. Not a nice schlep at 5.30am. Really rubbish set up. AND....paypoints to validate your ticket (needed even if you prepaid) are well hidden. Its such an unprofessional set up generally.

Having booked Plane Parking on line, I drove to Plane Parking, but could not get in. With time ticking on, I just put my car in Long Stay hoping for the best. On return, there was faf at the Exit and I had to press the button to talk to someone. He was fine and let me out, but it was all so confusing. Why not make it clear where you are meant to park?

I turned up to park where I was advised my registration would be recognised and a ticket would come out automatically, this didn’t happen so had to push for a ticket. On the way out I put my ticket in and it was asking for £280+ and would let me out. I had to press a buzzer and try to communicate with someone I could hardly hear to get out. I did eventually get out but the delay is something you don’t need when coming back from holiday.

Hi, I am currently awaiting a response to an email sent 16/8/22 due to paying 120.00 to exit the car park despite having paid 34.99 prior on line when making my booking. Can you help?

No idea where the pick up was. No one to help. I was in a hurry as I was starting work in the afternoon so I had to walk from the terminal building to the car park & the barrier wouldn’t open when I was leaving.

This booked in error and there was no way to get a refund A Google search for Dublin airport generated the link and once activated was for parking at Edinburgh airport

I pay twice at the airport parking area because of either the instruction which I had or a problem with your system to gave me the ability to exit the parking area, the issue now it is under investigation, I want to say to your company that I checked out all the information which you provide me and I keep all of them precisely, however the bottom of the issue is that I puy twice I hope to have the correct amount of money refund.

Absolute joke. We got off our flight 00.30am to a flat battery which wasn't the issue I had. The issue was there was no one around to help the shuttle drivers didn't have a clue at all at the very least jump cables should be kept in the bus for situations like this. Tried calling the phone number for help and the number did not exist! Not to mention the damage to my car from other cars parked beside us We lost a full day's wage and we are out £260 for a new battery not to mention whatever it will cost to fix the scratches Totally left stranded in Edinburgh In the frozen cold until breakdown came (which is apparently a regular spot for him to be called out to) No communication available, still havent replied to my email either! Won't book again!!

On the end I put my ticket in and ask me for money was over £400 but I already payed for car park I was having nearly hard attacks I was very stressed I was asking for help I was very disappointed. Never again not recommended ate all.

My car was not available on arrival. Neither was the car of another customer. I would have been quicker to use park and ride and it would have been cheaper too. Would not recommend.

Flying with Atlantic airways on our return journey we were left on the plane with no ladders to allow us off which made me 15 mins late to collect the car which was booked to collect at 4.30pm we were charged £18 extra through no fault if our own this was due to lack of staff as there were no ladders for us to get off the plane . It’s a disgrace that we had to pay this but there is no way the barrier would lift until we did. Very poor service ! Eleanor wright

On arrival the number plate camera didn't recognise our number plate, it had also happened to the people behind us, when exiting the carpark we were told we owed £248, we pressed the button to be greeted with a very grympy and impatient man, not what you need when you get off a flight. We also took some time to find the bus pick up point on return as there were no signs or directions to the pickup point.

Tried all day to get in contact with use my van was damaged the phone number on your web site is not working no way of getting in contact with use the price quoted was not the same as when I tried to exit still none the wiser please contact me on 07508706505 will be free from 1800hrs tonight

Paid for a service with a shuttle bus. Arrived with very poor signposting of where to actually park, and what was official ‘long stay’. When we parked, there was again no signposting for where to get the bus to the airport. When we found the shuttle bus stop, it had signs saying no shuttles running and just to walk. Terrible experience and not at all worth the money, poorly communicated and signposted and shocking no shuttles when this is the service we paid for.

The scam continues........, so paid £43 for 5 days parking and then Ryanair cancel the return flight. Which means extra 2 days before returning to car for which Plane Parking now want £40. And joke of it all the attendant says claim it off Ryanair. Are they all in it together?? Simply won't be using either again.
